I was kinda skeptical to purchase this Armoire to be truthfully honest. Some of the reviews I read weren’t the greatest. I am so happy I finally decided to purchase it. It is a nice piece of furniture. Great quality and worth a buy. It’s not flimsy like some of the Armoires we purchased in the past. It’s beautiful, the black color I purchased is so nice and it looks classy. This Armoire is roomy and fits a lot of stuff. It has a nice shelf on top of the hanging rod which is ideal for storing small/miscellaneous items. I paid and got it assembled by a handyman as I didn’t want to mess it up by not knowing what goes where. Package came damage free and everything was just in perfect shape. I am super happy with my purchase and will recommend this to anyone who is looking for a decent Armoire. Love it.

Bought this for a bedroom without a closet. Nice large size. Drawers smaller than expected though (only go half way back). Looks nice enough but no stylish details. May swap knobs and handles. Sturdy enough but drawers are definitely fragile. Recommend using child safety zip tie even if you dont have kids. Assembly easy, just takes 2 people to lift unit. 2 hour assembly. Arrived undamaged in 2 extremely heavy boxes. Parts not labeled so look carefully at everything.

The wardrobe came in two different boxes. It was an absolute nightmare to assemble. No part is labeled, not even screws nor other hardware so you have to follow the diagrams meticulously. There was no spare metal parts and I broke some pieces for which I had to find replacements elsewhere. The foam that came in the box is stuck on the rod that my hangers are supposed to glide on. The doors won’t level no matter how much I take them off and put them back on. I would go for a brand that thinks of their customers.

I don’t think I’ve ever seen such a nice piece of particleboard furniture. I knew I wasn’t going for top quality, since we just needed a wardrobe for a small room to use as a bedroom. This came impeccably packed and the quality was impressive. Everything went together smoothly. Great piece and really great value for the money!

Back of cabinet attached with small “nails “. Used good wood glue and nails. Rest is very solid. Few simple tools, follow instructions, pay attention to illustration of parts

Assembly was a bit daunting but the end result was worth it. This wardrobe is beautiful and well built, definately worth the money.
The only problem, it came missing pieces. Which of course was very disappointing. The hardware used to slide 1 of the drawers in and out wasn’t included in the packaging. I’ve contacted the company and requested replacements today (June 4, 2020) hopefully they arrive soon. I will update my review with my customer service experience once I receive the parts or….. if it doesn’t go well lol
UPDATE: I requested the replacement part June 4th and received it June 15th.
Requesting the part was simple and painless, I just filled out a request form on their website with the part number, quantity, and shipping info. I received a confirmation email the same day.
It was a bit of a wait, longer than the company told me to expect in the confirmation email they sent, but with everything going on in the world lately I figure a small delay isn’t a big deal.
Now that I’ve been able to finish putting everything together I can honestly say I love this wardrobe. It looks great! Definitely worth the money!
