By buying this unit, I though that i would be able to use any card support, see the amazon detail (Card support: SD, SDHC, SDXC, MMC, USB port). Its only to be able to read music from it. There is no port for all these card… Only a USB port
I though that we could plug any of these support and run the slideshow from a support storage. I did not make a 1 star out of 5 because many of the other specifications work pretty well. And i did not have time to create an Online Pix Star account and see if it works correctly. Maybe syncing with my Google Account will be nicier instead of be limit with the 8 GB internal storage… Will come back with the Web Syncing system see if its better.

I bought this as a present as I have a Pix-Star frame myself which I love and find really easy to use. However after making the purchase I quickly saw that it was online direct from the manufacturer for a much cheaper price. Therefore I looked to return it. I was really unhappy to see that I had to pay for return postage back to the USA – but still taking this into consideration it was cheaper to buy direct from the manufacturer so I returned and got a refund

It works better than other digital albums I have tried the video function is not the best the sound is not very good and I am not able to play web albums and inbox albums all at the same time and they only give one option for uploading videos

Le menu permet pleins d’options pratique pour choisir ce qu’on veux afficher. Je n’ai pas aimé le fait qu’au moins une fois au 2 jour il bogue et l’image fige (ne change plus) et que je dois débrancher et rebrancher l’appareil sinon aucune touche de la manette ni du cadre ne fonctionne.
J’aurais aimé que l’option, ne pas lire les vidéos ne fasse pas apparaître à l’ecran un signe de vidéo à chaque fois

Very pleased with the quality of this product. Instructions and quick setup guide were fantastic. Picture quality is as good as our original photos. We are EMailing our vacation photos home as we take them easing up space on our phone.

Très simple d’utilisation, de nombreux paramétrage possible pour les diaporamas et tout le reste.
La possibilité de jouer en automatique ou en manuel les vidéos (avec ou sans son) du diaporama. Le détecteur de présence qui peut lui aussi être activé ou pas.
Je cherchais un cadre pour mes parents afin que chaque membre de la famille puisse envoyer facilement des photos. J’ai trouvé dans ce cadre tout ce que je cherchais. Si on n’aime pas l’appli mobile téléchargeable, un simple mail avec la photo en pièce jointe permet de mettre à jour le diaporama à distance. (il faut bien sûre au préalable se connecter sur le site de pixstar pour enregsitrer le produit et créer ainsi l’adresse mail lié au cadre).
J’ai beaucoup beaucoup hésité avec plusieurs autres modèles, finalement je suis très très contente de mon achat !

I bought this to display art and family photos. I chose this model after reading reviews on dpreview.com . The photos look great and I like that the screen can turn itself off when there is no one in the room. The motion detector works perfectly. It was easy to set up the frame to download photos from a Google Photos folder.

This picture frame works beautifully with pictures and video however because my mom is in a long-term care facility they have protected passwords and so it can’t go straight to her. The machine does not function in a password protected area. So I still have to pick it up on a Friday and take it back to her on Monday to download everything. With that said she loves it.

Our mother lives in a dementia home and doesn’t get to see the extended family often. This photo frame is so wonderful for her and the whole family. Pictures can be sent from all over the world so she can stay connected with children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. You can write a caption on each picture so the viewer knows who it is and when. She absolutely loves it!
