After dealing with crappy printers that always jammed/never worked wirelessly, or were inexpensive to buy but then had super expensive ink/toner, I really took my time and did my research. THIS is the best printer ever. It was easy to set up the wireless printing (LOVE LOVE LOVE!), I think it’s only ever jammed once (my fault with paper placement) and it works like a dream. The toner isn’t cheap but it’s worth every penny. Saves me a lot of time and stress!

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT if you want something easy to install to wifi and easy to use in general, if you want a color option, if you want to be able to have tech support over the phone and not just through email where the communication is broken.
If you try to return it because it is not working even with USB they will make you pay almost half the cost of the printer. Just don’t buy it save your money for another more credible company.

Works very fast. The wireless set up is somewhat confusing to me, but I plan to spend more time with the manual that is on-line.

This printer just arrived today. At least a week early. I bought this Pantum due to the price and the great reviews. I was tired of buying ink cartridges everytime I needed to print a few pages a few times a year and figured a laser printer would be more reliable.
So this is my first experience with a laser printer.
Right out of the box I was quickly able to install the drivers, connect to wifi and install the ink cartridge. Within a couple of minutes I had several print jobs printed out while connected to the wifi. The quality of the printing is great, it’s quiet and small. I was also easily able to download the Pantum app to my mobile phone and within minutes was able to print from my phone. The instructions are excellent.
Two things I was never able to do with my current hp printer was connect to wifi or print from my phone.
I’m just thrilled with this little printer. It doesn’t scan but I’m keeping my HP in case I need to scan anything. I highly recommend!

Decent for the price,
Made of cheaper ABS plastic so don’t drop anything on it. Frequently will pick up 2 pages but it has the sense to allow extra time before it picks up the next page to print. This printer frequently pushes the already printed papers out of the tray so you’ll have to collate your own document if you’re not babysitting it while it prints. Also, cheap filtering on the electronics side, any compact florescent lighting on the same breaker freak out with the feedback it generates to the mains when the rollers start running.
I’ve owned this thing for ~2 years now, haven;t felt the need to replace it. Wifi setup is pretty simple, ink is cheap. Just get ready to disco if you run CFLs in your lighting fixtures.

Update: after 3 separate attempts, 4 hours of frustration and 35 pages total printed this printer is recycled. I would like to have burned it in fire!
Setup is a frustrating and the instructions look like they are written by Google translate from Chinese. The app is also next to useless and suffers the same language problems and the instructions are totally wrong for good measure. I had finally set it up with a lot of trial and error and 30 pages later, it forgot the wifi settings completely and wouldnt connect ever again.
It’s infuriating that the printer dosen’t wake up especially when you need it to (it sits right next to the router in the garage). You have to go down there and press the button to get it to wake up. This was the exact reason I threw away the last printer and I will be doing the same with this one.
I don’t see how there are so many positive reviews and I would just pay up for a better thought out machine next time.

Fantastic laser compact printer. Printer is fast and prints good quality. You can set it up many ways via USB, Hotspot, or wifi. I currently have it set up on my main floor and anyone connected to my wifi can print wireless. I love this printer. My iPhone 6s and MacBook Pro 2015 both print via AirPrint(you must setup with local network) and Windows 10 PC, prints wireless once driver is installed. If you don’t want anyone on your network you can let other people print by letting them connect to your printer wireless hotspot. Simply connect through wifi and you can print via AirPrint on iPhone. No software required. If you are looking for a quality printer at an affordable price. This is your next purchase. You can also type in the printer IP address into your browser and check your ink level.
Shipping experience is also 5 star. Printer was ordered on Sunday and arrived on Tuesday morning.
Photos attached if you like to see what you get beforehand.

I rarely write product reviews but here i am genuinely impressed with the quality, size and easability of setup and use with this machine. I was very skeptical of this brand as i had never heard of them. To be clear, go to their website and download the drivers for you mac and pac there. I have this printer working perfectly on my mac os 10.11.4, iOS 9.2 and windows 10. The trick to setup is to download the drivers from the site on your mac first, open the software and type in your wifi network and password, then it’ll say it doesn’t work, so plug in your USB. It’ll transfer the password to the printer and voila it works on all devices. cheers. hope it lasts a while
