Thought I’d give OXO oven trays a go having bought their other kitchen wares. These have now turned completely black which no amount of scrubbing will remove, worse yet the non-stick surface has peeled and come away in the corners, this is with moderate use and hasn’t exceeded 200C. One has already gone in the bin and the other won’t be long behind it! Stick with other brands.

Bought this to replace an old oven tray that warped when it got hot. Decided to spend a little more on a branded item – sadly though, this one warps too. Nice weight to the tray, looks good and cleans easily – but buckles when it gets hot. It does return to shape on cooling but I find this really annoying!

I’m disappointed with this tray. It was one of the more expensive ones, but after only a couple of months of use, it’s got stains from grease that just won’t wash off. It’s not dishwasher proof so it’s never been in one, but despite only being handwashed, food is now starting to stick to it. I even bought a new silicone spatula so as to be extra sure that it won’t be scratched.

This is a good quality pan. It is heavy and sturdy. I can’t comment on the durability because I didn’t use it yet. The reason I gave it a 4 instead of 5 is because the size is not was it really says. I needed a pan 10×15. This one is 8,5 x13 inside. I kept it anyway because of the quality, but I had to go buy another one with the right measurements.

After washing before use it left a rust mark which was disappointing. It requires putting on a radiator after every wash as the water gets lodged in the curled edge. If this was left, of course, the rust would degrade the metal. I don’t think that they are worth the price to be honest.

These were great pans but I returned them because their 9×13” is not 9×13”. I like the depth but would only get 9 cinnamon buns when an actual 9×13” would fit 12. I gave it 4 stars because they are pricey and not the size as stated.

Perfect size for use in my Toaster Oven. Doesn’t warp until 400 Deg. Perfect size for small servings. I can get 5 large cookies on it. I’ve been using for over a year. Absolutely is a not stick, as long as you don’t scratch it.

Too much hassle to return. It was in a plastic sleeve instead of boxed and came deeply scratched. I really like this line though so recommend that.

As others have pointed out it warps significantly at 350 ˚F. This causes sauces to pool to one side while baking. However the shape recovers when you take it out of the oven. Expect more from a ‘premium’ product.
The non-stick features seem to work pretty well

Edit: After the return period closed the tray started warping at lower temps. Don’t buy this item
Warping / Buckling :
The pan will warp and buckle causing food to shoot out at around 175C / 350F. Letting the pan heat up in the oven while it is preheating will still result in that eventual bang at those temperatures.
Non stick coating :
Doesn’t work, stuff sticks to it really good.
Staining:
Any marks from burnt edges have to be scrubbed out and can be difficult to remove due to the surface design.
Construction:
Besides the warping mentioned earlier,it is relatively heavy in comparison to other trays resulting in cooking times having to be altered due to the tray taking longer to heat up.
Overall:
Warps like gravity warps time. Not worth your money.

This is a great pan. The instructions say not to use any type of oil spray, aerosols, mist or pump sprays, but to follow your recipe’s greasing instructions. I used a dab of oil on the inside and my bread came out perfectly. The pan washed up so easily… all in all, worked very well.
As other reviews have said, it is smaller than the pans you generally buy at stores. The inside measurements are 4 1/2” by 8 1/2”. I was not able to use my full recipe of bread mix, but it still made an awesome loaf of bread.
Definitely glad I bought 2 pans.

Shocking ….I bought these as I have owned alot of good grips products over the years and found the quality to be excellent . However they have fallen very short on these trays , I bought 2 in different sizes and I am so disappointed….the food sticks and even with several hours of soaking they are impossible to clean.
I will talking in their customer service department as they were not a cheap product and not doing the job that they were purchased for .

I live alone so I like to bake small 1 lb loaves. It’s pretty hard to find such a small bread pan in most stores. This is the perfect size for me. I’ve baked dozens of loaves in it now and it still works great, cleans up nice, and the crust turns out nice and even. Little pricey though.
