Thought they would be water resistant which would be a benefit of them being rough and scratchy but they get wet just like other and it takes days to dry out. Will be replacing cushions next year as the frame is good quality and worth the total price somehow in the patio furniture world.

Assembly got easier as we went along. Suggest cutting supplied tool to fit a drill so you can screw it together faster. Otherwise it may take all day. 😉 We also put small clamps under the chairs so the whole thing didnt move separately. The cushions are thinner than I’d like but can eventually be replaced.

The assembly instructions could be clearer. The last page in the booklet shows you what pieces are in which of the 3 boxes. It’s a good idea to start there. There are 2 matching seats in each box and box 3 also contains the table — open it carefully. Once I figured out that box 1 held the single chairs and their instructions were 2nd in the booklet, I was OK but it still took almost 5 hours to put it all together in the heat. I’m very happy with the look and sturdiness — it is well made and the bolts all line up nicely when you have the right pieces. I chose the brown and cream because I have my own throw cushions to go with it and I think they look very smart. Not sure how the cushions that came with it will fare in the elements but I think this is good value for the money.

Had this sofa outside by my pool for a year now. It is under the roof overhang so no rain can get on it. The fake whicker is really sticky and attracts dust. Tried washing the white cushion covers and the tissue paper type of material that was wrapped around the foam cushions literally disintegrated in my hands trying to take the cushions out to wash. I wasn’t pulling on them, they literally feel apart to light touch. Same thing happened with the red pillows. This was the biggest waste of money for a piece of furniture I ever bought. Once it gets too dirty, I will have to call Good Will to come haul it off. My advice to you is don’t waste your money on this product.

Okay. So we’ve had these for more than 6 months now. We live in Los Angeles, where they’re in direct sunlight every day. Generally speaking, for the price, these are pretty decent. They’re definitely not going to last forever, but I’m hoping we’ll get a couple years out of them. Lemme go through some pros and cons:
Pros:
– Price for what you get
– Really provide a ton of seating space
– Washable cushion covers are key.
– Awesome sectional setup where you can make lots of different seating arrangement styles.
– Aesthetically pretty nice, again considering what you’re paying.
Cons:
– The paper-like lining holding the foam within the cushions disinegrates over time, creating a huge mess when you remove the cushion covers for washing and also makes the foam itself harder to manage going forward when taking the covers on-and-off.
– The glass top for the table acts as a sort of magnifying glass in the heat, I think, and the plastic-wicker disintegrates, leaving just the frame over time and hot summer sun. So the table remains functional, but loses aesthetic value and creates a mess.
– The red cushions fade tremendously over time, and they take in water, which makes them weird. We ended up throwing them away recently (after about 6 months).
– The back cushions don’t stay put. I thought about getting some velcro to keep them in place, but I worried that ultimate the sun would screw that up too – and the velco probably wouldn’t last in the washing machine when we wash the covers.
– Generally, these aren’t particularly high-quality chairs. But they do the job, and you can’t expect much more for the price.
– Not a cinch to put together, but if you have some experience assembling furniture (I have a lot) then you’ll figure it out.
– The material is nylon-like, which doesn’t make them super comfortable or breathable. But again, for outdoor furniture and durability, the material probably makes sense.

This is item is WELL worth the money….as several have stated the cushions are NOT a high density foam, but most sets like this cost in excess of $2000 so its expected something had to be skimped on and its the cushions. Also the directions aren’t horrible but not great….so to help everyone out…the short screws go into all the leg components and the LONG screws are the ones that go into the seat components! Also the sections do “slip” apart but there are connectors sold on Amazon that work perfectly to keep it in place! I would definitely buy this item again!

Do not waste your money on this product. Purchased set last year and the plastic rattan under glass table has melted and deteriorated, plastic rattan on one of the seats has deteriorated and ripped. Contacted company and said they would not replace the 2 pieces and that the warranty only covers the metal frame.Would not even give it 1 star. This set is garbage

This set is DEFINITELY not worth the advertised $3000. I bought it on sale.for $1300 and I feel it wasn’t worth that either. It is very cheap in quality. The wicker weaving is not fasent probably is quite a few places. The cushions are more of a white/yellow now pure white like the photos show. The cushions actually look unfinished and needing covers. That being said the seller did work with me providing a discount to avoid us returning the unit.

For the price, this is really good. It’s not necessarily the greatest patio furniture, but if you’re only having people over occasionally, it is great for the price and looks nice. The white cushions look slightly yellowed. It came in 3 large/heavy boxes when shipped, required 2 people to lift the boxes inside. If you have just one person you could open the box and bring the pieces in one at a time to make it easier. All cushions and pillows came wrapped in plastic and it came with tools for assembly

Came quickly. In fact the company expedited the delivery for me as it was an anniversary present and I left to the last minute.
Took 30 minutes to figure out what the instructions were trying to say, why do companies still use sketches when they can include photo’s now? Ended up watching a YouTube video that helped clarify.
Putting together is like IKEA, but they included a perfect ratchet that takes a hex bit to use instead of included Allen key.. Great thing. I will always keep this. Saved me at least an hour plus.the wasted 30 minutes and then the video…took me 2 hours give or take 10 minutes to assemble.

Looks sharp. Bright and clean out of box obviously. But cleans up well since then.
They actually included the red throw pillows from the photo, which I did not realize when I ordered. Just a nice touch and gives a bit of contrast.
My wife was / still is happy and loves this set.
I did alot of comparison between sets and prices. This set ( White ) is best value for the money out there in size and comfort. There are more expensive sets that look identical to this in every way. You will not go wrong with this set.
Why only 4 stars? They do give a way to attach the seat and back cushion together, but they still move around a little. The big thing, I would have thought there was a way to attach the bases together once you have arranged in the configuration you like.
Bought a great tent from this supplier as well. 10 x 20. Went together easy and without being confusing. But the centre supports are bent / do not support. Hoping the customer service is as good as when I ordered the patio set.

Excellent little set. Perfect addition to our backyard. Easy to put together. Cushions are very slippery and abit thin. But very happy for the price. Excited to get our fire table next. Definitely will be adding my own throw pillows. These ones are quite thin and not great looking. Overall very happy.
