PAW –
The machine worked very well for about 6 months and the a bolt in the motor housing came loose and destroyed itself against the orbital pad (see image). I contacted Oreck and was told the replacement part was unavailable to the consumer and I was referred to a local vacuum repair shop for warranty work. The shop owner said he no longer did warranty repairs for Oreck because of their failure to pay him in the past. So $25.00 out of pocket to get it repaired. Worth it to me to get it back in service and not have to deal with the calls and running around. Disappointed though in the process. In fairness I did not call Oreck back because my time spent on this matter is more valuable than the $25 cost so I just moved on.

Its a fabulous cleaner, scrubbed our penny floor clean with ease. We needed something commercial branded for our shop and this does it awesomely. I wish I had got one sooner, rather than renting 1 for a day.

I use this for my cleaning business, and my customers love the work it does. There are a lot of specifics around what brush and chemical combinations to use on which floor type for which purpose, but it is all manageable. Great machine.

Was trying to order floor scrubber to aid in sanitation of health facility during COVID response. Ordered Oreck unit but arrived with no brushes or accessories. Totally useless, and no mention of need to order accessories in product description. Have ordered brushes and pads and will have to wait some more to use.

Worked really well! Moved to our new house and thought I have to change my wood floors as they were filthy!!! Looks like previous owner never clean. After using Oreck, my floors are clean and shiny.

Stopped working after 2 uses. Called Oreck for repair info since it was still within 1 year warranty, they advised to take to Oreck store which I did and they refuse to work on any machine bought through Amazon, regardless if it says from Oreck direct or not. Mine said new. Watch also that it does not say open box which will be another reason they use not to fix stuff.

Used it only once so far and at first glance, it seem to do the job as advertised. It’s very easy to handle. It did a good job cleaning my tile floors with the red scrubber. It surely reduce the elbow grease required to wash my floor manually.
The only reason I gave it a 4 star is because it doesn’t come with any type of brushes or pads. The only thing includes is the pads adapter. Other than that, I hope it last me a very long time.

Why did I take so long to purchase this machine this is the best thing that ever happened to me love love this machine it lives up to the hype it does the job as good as any $2000 machine with the light weight I can carry it upstairs downstairs wonderful!!!!!!!

I have light tile and grout. 2200 square feet of it. After 7 years the high traffic areas were a mess. When I mopped the dirty water pooled in the grout lines, making them dark. Short of scrubbing on my hands and knees I did not know what to do with this dirty grout. I got an estimate from a professional for $1088 to clean my grout . I went on line and saw people having success with Resolve stain remover, So this morning I tried my new Oreck orbiter with the Resolve . Here are the results. I am very pleased. The master bath took 5 minutes. Going to do the other high traffic area after the kids leave the house. Back to the Oreck… no bending, very easy to use. I LOVE it. I used the orange brush with Resolve sprayed on grout and allowed to sit for 10 minutes, then sprayed Zep Neutral floor cleaner on tiles. Rinsed and dryer by walking around on old towels. Great results. Pictures of what I used, tile after and before. Very happy.

Wow does our grout look good now!!!!! No struggles with this machine on hand. It cleans grout in a jiffy. Have also tried it on other surfaces and it does a fabulous job. Wish we had had this machine long ago!

I put this floor machine to work shortly after I received it. I put the orange pad on and went to work cleaning my garage/shop floor that had an epoxy coating. I used a variety of cleaners and was able to remove the skate board black wheel marks that had been there for 6-7 years. There is no effort involved and I was able to get it under shelves with no problem. Excellent tool and the long cord is a bonus.

Pictures speak a thousand words, so here you go. Fair to note we tried several industrial strength tile cleaners that did not work at all. Finally tried old school spic and span with a bucket of water, the Oreck, a mop to clean up excess water and voilà. It was smooth sailing from there. You will want a mop and bucket or shop vac with the large broom looking attachment to suck up the water as you go. This was our grout after 6 years and we clean the floors several times a week, don’t wear our shoes inside, etc. I never realized how stained it was until I moved some furniture and then I was on a mission to get the grout back to looking new again. Before this machine, I truly wished I did not choose the light grout. Now, no big deal. Also, you’ll want to go over everything a final time with clean water and a mop once the grout has been cleaned.

Es muy ligera, no vibra como otras maquinas, y es muy potente, quizas para un trabajo rudo de pisos muy acabados o espacios muy amplios es mejor una mas grande pero para una casa o departamento es perfecta. La use en piso de marmol, y los cojinetes o almohadillas se pueden encargar facilmente tambien por amazon.
