This was to replace an older computer chair but you can’t sit in it long before you realize it feels like sitting on a wood bench. I have since put a gel pad on the seat to get some use from the chair. I also can’t get the armrests tight enough to keep them from moving. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

I was very angry/surprised when I unzipped and looked inside of the chair, and found rusted metal bars and padding being held across by what seemed to be shoelaces. I am unsure if it is only my chair that is such poor quality or if its every chair. Not mentioning the fact that it arrived with broken clips on the lumbar pillow. Highly disappointed with the product.

I have had several problems with this chair, starting right from when I got it.
When it arrived one of the arm rests was broken. I called their replacement hotline and was told they would send a replacement in a couple days. I waited for a little over 2 weeks and still had not gotten my replacement part. When I called them to ask what happened they said they were out of the part and it could be up to 6 weeks before I would get a replacement and they wanted me to call back then! Not only did they lie to me about the part being sent out, but then they want ME to call THEM back when they get a replacement available? How am I supposed to know when they have a replacement part?
Then after owning the chair for just about 2 months, the hydraulic lift that keeps the chair up began to fail and it slowly lowers down on it’s own. If you swivel at all it makes it lower faster. So now I have to put several towels in my chair to raise me up to the level I’m supposed to be at.
Speaking of towels, you’ll need something to add cushion. The char padding is not very thick and it hurts after sitting on it for any length of time.
Additionally, the arms don’t adjust, so good luck with that.
The only good thing I can say about this chair is that it looks good. But it’s very uncomfortable, breaks, and there aren’t any replacement parts. Buyer beware.

I am changing my review after only one month of use.
The black on the fake leather is peeling away already after barely one month of use. I was a little disappointed. The chair is very comfortable and extremely sturdy otherwise. It’s a shame the fabric is so delicate. I contacted customer service and they were very quick to respond. They issued me a new seat cushion.

The chair looks great and the support it gives is also decent BUT This chair loses major points when it comes to the extremely cheap armrests. These are legit hard plastic and will cause pressure sores after 30 min. I could not last more than 30 min without rolling up some t-shirts to give padding on the armrest. If this chair wasn’t so much work to put together I would have returned it to spend more to get one with armrest padding, since I will be buying something to fix this issue. I reached out to the seller about this and was told its not “part of the chair” which makes no sense since it seems to be built for comfort and stability. Please Spend more money and get one with padded Armrests.. you will not be sorry.

ok so first off i’ll start with the positives;
looks cool, the footstool part is kinda neat, came pretty quick
alright, now the negatives(added pics)
not very comfortable: i had a tailbone injury years ago, and this chair, if i lean back, makes the pain flare up (im using pillows to make up for this)
– the arms are not padded and the plastic is so rough and hard, i literally had to take them off within an hour of building the chair, was causing pain in my elbows(as well not adjustable)
– the seat of the chair is too long for my short legs(might just be a me problem)
– The pillows are quite hard, and the bigger one i cant even use due to my back injury
Construction is poor: as shown in the pictures, those are predrilled holes, so no matter how much you play with them, the back remained crooked.
Customer service: was a joke, i sent them these pictures and they said “we dont see anything wrong” followed by “if you are unsatisfied with the chair you can send it back” so as mentioned before i have a back injury, bad enough to consider me legally disabled(i have a cane too to try and take the pressure off my back). so packing this thing up, taking it to my car and then to the post office is quite a struggle… i was just maybe hoping to get a replacement part or something.
so all-in-all, spend the extra $20 and get a better chair. i would not recommend this product.

If you want to save money and have back problems, horrible comfort, a chair that starts to become wobbly after 2 months then this is for you.
I’ve had this chair for a year and I’m surprised it hasn’t been thrown into a fire yet.
The feeling the poor materials that seem to become thinner as the months go one and your left sitting more on a piece of wood then even a chair. You better off just buying a stool.
The arm rests are plastic and kind of lose but the screws are tight (Wonder how that happened).
The chair if you move the back down make sure to move up with it or the chair will sucker punch you (Believe me I speak from experience and multiple times of the chair literally moving the back, back up and just straight hitting my jaw full force.).
I already have a job that induces back pain. Why not buy a chair that adds to it! This chair doesn’t have the best back support and make me feels like the chair cares more about itself then you.
If I thought better when I sat on it for the first time i should have just returned it because if it is not comfortable for you and you tell yourself “Itll form to me” good luck because that sure aint never gonna happen.
This chair I’ve tightened the screws many times but the ones for the wheels keep coming lose and for some reason i can rock the chair on the stem. That shouldn’t be a problem but it is and make me think if one day im gonna lay back and just fall over.
Easy to assemble, hard to enjoy,
The only thing nice about this chair is the pillow vibrator but even then i dont use it because it sounds like a jet engine.
Moral of the story.
Don’t waste your money, gaming chairs cheap or expensive isn’t worth it. Buy a actually office chair because I bet you itll be more comfortable and better on your back then this piece of junk.
And word to the company that makes this chair:
“Please never make a chair again” thank you.

1st I’d like to say I’m very angry. Just opened up the box and already was disappointed. 1st off the back had some blue stuff all over that we can’t get out if it, we unzipped the chair and found rusted metal bars and padding is held together by shoelaces, and the seat has a rip in it. I truly do not recommend this to anyone. You spend a decent amount of money on it and it comes with issues. Hoping I don’t find more.

The chair arrived way earlier than expected. Everything was easy to assemble but the wheels (maybe I’m not strong enough but I really had a hard time). It’s comfortable as you would expect a chair of this price to be and the size is perfect!
The downside is the arms wich are way too high for my desk and not adjustable. Also the back cushion is too big so I can’t use it. But without it my back hurts. But still, this is a pretty great chair for the price.

I’m quite a handy man, but the assebling nightmare happened with the chair. Everything went smoothly until the last step (step #7 on the manuel). When I tried to fit the last 3 screws (M3) into the holes, the holes in part #I did not line up with the holes in part G. I could put one screw in, and jam the 2nd screw halfway. The 3rd screw was impossible to go in at all (see picture). I don’t want to dis-assemble it and return, because of all the effort I have put in already. Very disappointed with the quality of the product and the quality control of the company. The company subsequently emailed me with suggestions to fix the problem, but it still didn’t work. After replying to their email, no more response received from the company.
