I bought two of these and one is smaller then the other. I was very disappointed and very upset as I ordered 2 to put side by side and now makes my beautiful front room as if I bought one to small
So one is 14 feet the other is 13 feet you can really notice because they are side by side. Don’t people think we are not going to notice especially ordering 2 the same. So now I have to throw another rug over it to try and hide it.

I send the first rug back because it was buckling and there was no way to straighten it.
I liked the design and colour so I had it replaced. The replacement is not as bad as the first
but it buckles in so many places that I am considering sending this one back also. We tried
everything putting it upside down, rolling it in opposite direction and leaving it for a few days
to no avail. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Working Mom, Working It! –
This rug came so deeply creased that two weeks after laying it out flat with heavy objects on it to smooth it down, there is absolutely no way this will improve. It’s not worth the price tag on it, much thinner than it appears, and there is a very obvious brown undertone where it appears grey in the photos. The very idea of wrapping this back up again for a return is so daunting given the size and weight. This will end up in the trash.

Love this runner! I hunted and hunted for a good runner for this hallway and finally decided on this one. I was worried it would be too light and that any little bit of dirt would show, but it is the complete opposite. I have two dogs and a husband that track a great deal of outside through the house. Fortunately, this rug hides it perfectly. Also, I noticed that the color of this rug looks slightly different depending on light and wall color. The hallway in the picture was a tannish color until recently when I painted it white. When the walls were tan, the rug looked a bit more brown, but with the white walls, it looks more gray (which is what I was hoping for). So if you want it to be more brown, you can easily accessorize the space to make it look brownish. Or, if you’re like me, you can paint the walls white and it looks gray. It was like buying a new rug!
It is so soft too and definitely is a better quality than the price. Worth every penny!

Love the rug! The light grey is a bit lighter than I thought, it has more white than grey. But for the price it’s a really good quality.

It came on time and was delivered in good packaging. It’s expected that the rug is at least somewhat creased upon removal from packaging, but these creases faded over time very quickly the more the rug was used. It’s likely to slip and move around if you’re using this on a hard floor without any weight over top, so a rug pad would be appropriate to use for a situation such as this. The rug itself is somewhat thin, and not as soft as I anticipated, but this is okay given the price and overall high quality. All in all, I’m quite satisfied with my purchase!

This rug is pretty good! It could be a bit softer, but that’s alright, we have a robot vacuum that goes onto it pretty smoothly. Our cat loves it too, after we purchased it, he sleeps mostly on the rug instead of his beds.

Looks great with our 6 patterned grey and white accent chairs in our sitting room. I was happy that the dark grey seems to look a bit black, this helps to draw in my beautiful customized black wall mirror. I tried to count the shades of grey, it appears to look like there are at least 4 different shades ranging from the lightest grey that almost looks silver toned to the darkest grey that looks close enough to be black. The white seems to be more of a cross of tones between wimborne white and frost white. The lack of natural lighting in the room changes the appearance of the shades in the rug as well (see last picture). I love it. See pictures of upclose rug.

I have another huge rug from same company and I love it. Thats why we bought this one for our home office. When it arrived it had a very weird smell & dusty. We tried to air it. The thickness and size were ok. But the main issue is that the color is not what I have imagine. I thought it was grey and white. The background is not white at all more like gray stripes and darker grey line, not what I have seen in picture. Maybe thats what I hoped , to have a whiter background… anyways it made the room very dark and we returned it. For such a pricy rug, I dont think it fulfilled my expectations…

Quality is subpar for the price. At $112+ I expected a relatively good quality 5×8 Area Rug. What arrived was very thin, although soft, it really does feel cheap. I have purchased far better quality rugs at Walmart for $30-$50. I probably would not order from this company again, although tempting as it is with all the beautiful designs. Depending how this rug holds up will depend on whether or not I choose to order other patterns.
