Amazon Customer –
I have men’s size 10.5. My feet are wide upfront but with narrow heels. These shoes fit perfectly and have grippy soles for scummy services.

Really liked these boots when they arrived. They were a good price, looked nice and were light to wear. Unfortunately after 3 months the left boot has split on both sides making them unusable as it let’s in water.
I have contacted the seller as I would expect walking boot to last years, certainly longer than a couple of months. I will update this review should I get a response but as it stands I can’t recommend these boots.
Addition: I have had a reply from the seller who offer no help with the issue. As far as they are concerned once outside of the 30 day return period any issues are not their problem, so I can not recommend this product or this seller. If you require a pair of sturdy walking boots I would look elsewhere.

Amazing boots. I bought these for motorcycle riding as well as for my evening walks. I am glad they fit well and are comfortable for walking on snow and ice frozen on path ways.
They are built strong and have sturdy support for walking. These are not running shoes however 🙂
I am sure when spring is here these will be very useful for motorcycle rides.
I am going to order another pair for my son. Well built.

Never heard of this brand so thought would take a chance. Had a tough time breaking them in as were very stiff at first but after a couple of weeks use have settled in and now very comfortable. At £39.99 these aren’t expensive, but should still be of decent quality and do feel like they are so far. The cheaper build shows in the lack of breathability (expect your feet to sweat in these) but to be fair you’d pay twice as much for any significant improvement. These are a replacement for a similarly priced pair of Regatta boots (that I wore the soles out of in 3 months – kindly refunded by Amazon) so will see how these compare.

Ordered a size up from my usual size, and these boots fit perfectly and were comfortable straight out of the box. Well made, sturdy, reasonably priced, arrived in good time, and with a free extra pair of laces. Can’t beat that, really! Will see how long they last, but I can’t see any reason why they won’t hold up over time. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy another pair.

The boots were comfortable and looked good for the price paid, but they are not waterproof which is an essential for a walking boot in the UK. I wore them for less than a week and only had to deal with light rain and heavy wetness in the grass. They absorbed the wetness and eventually it made its way through to my socks. It’s a shame because otherwise they fitted the bill nicely. If you live in the desert they might be OK, but otherwise give them a miss.

All the superlatives that have been written about this hiking boot are correct!
Looks smart, fits right, and quality construction all at a great price point!
I’ve tested this boot for close to 3 months here in the Maritimes. They’ve seen winter weather, rainy weather and some much warmer Spring days.
Straight up, the boot is waterproof!
That moisture people are feeling is sweat…..It’s a “hot” boot.
Will test them in the Summer, but I got a feeling they will be too hot to wear.
Test them out with the right socks depending on your conditions.

I researched a lot of different companies and after reading what other buyers reviewed, I was sold on this hiker! It is an attractive hiking boot with lots of ankle support and comfort. The insole has lots of cushion. Only used for a good 8 hr. hike in the mountains, and really impressed with the quality of this hiker boot. Will be buying a 2nd pair for my acreage work shoe.

Does not seem to be 100% waterproof in rain soaked Vancouver weather. I do feel and detect a bit of moisture on the tip of my fingers. It might be just fine for a lot of environments but Vancouver weather bypass it’s abilities to shield you against water. I have some brand shoes that perfectly provide that protection but they are all a bit heavy for everyday use. Other than this it’s a perfect shoe. Light weight and provide adequate protection against twisting ankle. It’s not a hiking shoes but it’s fine for short walks in bad weather and work around the house

At 73 I don’t hike like I used to so these boots turned out to meet my needs. I was unwilling to spend the price for “good” boots since I don’t hike much anymore but these ones were a pleasant surprise for the price. Very comfortable, light weight, great soles and lace pattern. Durability is open to question but for my use I expect they will do well as they seem well made. UPDATE: After 5 months and lots of wear these boots are holding up well. I have been very impressed with the grip on ice – better than my old vibrams.

I found that there was quite a bit of chafing on the right boot at the lateral malleolus on the ankle while the left boot fit to a “T” . Both boots were of the same construction so after I fiddled with it I realized it was a problem with my right foot not the boot. I solved the problem by adding some padding where it chafed and now these boots work nicely to carry me through our west coast fall and winter rains. Quite comfortable, warm and water resistant. Good buy for the price.

12 months on… having walked maybe 10 miles per week average over the last 12 months they’ve started coming away from the sole so they need replacing. Shame because the comfort is great. Hence dropped from 5 to 2 star.
Fit true and I have a very slightly wide forefoot (on one side!) but these boots are comfortable on both feet. When I say true, they’re consistent with a Clarks or a skechers. Very sturdy. I like a sturdy boot and would liken the feel of these to the Merrell Vero. Haven’t tested them out yet properly but having tried several alternatives, they appear very good value for money.
After a 5 mile walk over mixed terrain: excellent grip on all surfaces, including boggy downhills which is where my old boots were failing, stayed dry though never fully immersed, slightly clompy on concrete paths downhill but that might be my walking style and might improve if the soles flex a bit more with wear. I hope the boots will give a little with age but on the whole, they remain a good 5 star purchase.

I live in a wet climate and need waterproof boots for a daily hike with the dog. None of the “waterproof” boots I have purchased thus far were waterproof, including Merrell, Columbia and Cabela’s brand. In two wet hikes in the last two days, these boots thus far have been waterproof. This includes walking in rain and walking through puddles 1-2″ deep. I hope to update this review after testing the boots in heavy rain and deeper water crossings.
