Alanized –
No problem setting up and aligning if you have the correct satellite co-ordinates. Use a real compass rather than a smart phone. A satellite signal reader is also helpful if a second person is not calling out the signal strength on the TV to the person aligning the dish. Also a good idea to run the “check switch” before attempting to align so any history is remove from the LNB.

We were replacing a damaged Dish 500 and were somewhat concerned when we were told that we would receive a Bell product. However, it works perfectly with our Dish 500 receiver. Also it was shipped to us in a timely manner. We couldn’t be happier.

Took a while to get set up and pointed in the correct direction, but its working great now. Just be sure to get an HD-receiver box to go with this and you’ll be good to go.

Shipping was super fast, I believe 2-3 days, which was surprising since it was supposed to only be standard shipping. So that was great! It has yet to be put up, but all the pieces were in the box so I’m sure it will be fine. Will update if there are any issues.

Top quality dish and lnb and hardware kit. Identical to the ones installed by dishtv. Great for use travelling in an rv, i just set it up outside in a few minutes when i arrive.
