I ordered this garland in November 2020… two of them for our front door. They arrived… were beautiful… and ‘seemed’ well-made. However, upon taking them out of the well sealed protective tubs to once again hang for this holiday season I was so disappointed to discover only ONE now works. I tried all the usual things like batteries… loose lights etc. nothing. Since I need two to cover my doorway I’m forced to either re-order something that should have lasted FAR longer
Or start all over with another item completely. These were not inexpensive… and should have lasted at least several holiday seasons…

Great product! Looks great and thick enough to look real! It had some pine cones and it lights up, but it takes pretty big batteries. I’ve very excited to use it either way!

This garland looks absolutely gorgeous and very authentic. It takes about 30 minutes to fluff but well worth it. It looks full and the pre-strung LED lights are the traditional creamy white which I just love. My only complaint is that the battery pack on one end of the garland is MASSIVE and takes 3 D batteries. I wish this battery pack was smaller. Because it’s so long, I had to have that end entirely hang off the mantle which meant one side hangs longer than the other. But the timer is easy to use and turn on/off.

The greenery is fairly good artificial construction but the pinecones are flocked in a weird pale green color. The battery compartment is huge and located on the one end that has loop for hanging. It is very nicely lit with 100 warm white lights which read a bit yellow. Some pluses, some minuses, I’m keeping them but I’m less than thrilled. Hopefully when hung and decorated the yucky pinecones will be less conspicuous. I made a point of opening them and trying out the lights with batteries because of some sad reviews about not being able to return defective units purchased the prior year. I can’t understand how a company that specializes in Christmas decorations could think green flocking was the way to go, but there’s is a lot I don’t understand these days, so it could be me.

I Purchased a 10 foot tree and nine strands of Garland. The strand in the picture where only half the lights are lit was purchased on October 5, 2019. In mid November 2019 I decorated and discovered that half of the garland would not light up on that strand. I missed the return date by about five days and was told my only recourse is to purchase additional lights to try to make the garland light up. I spent almost $2000 and that’s the customer service that I received. Very unhappy will not buy anything else from this company.
