Beautiful brightly coloured kettle with a unique design. The colour isn’t quite what is pictured on the site (appeared more robin egg blue) but I am pleased. The description did say it was green and so I expected that the colour might not be as shown. The handle is listed as staying cool. I don’t find that to be the case but then again I tend to always use a pot holder. Over all I really love this kettle.

Admittedly I haven’t had my kettle long enough to give a review on performance but I do have initial opinions on it after using it a couple times.
– colour is misleading online. The kettle looked more blue-green online and even on the package it arrived in but when I took it out of the box its definitely closer to an emerald green. Initially I was disappointed since I have blue-green accents but it’s not an ugly green. when I tried to take a picture with my phone, it shows up blue-green in the picture! But IRL it’s GREEN no blue at all. Still pretty, and neat swirl design I liked.
– stay-cool-handle and knob isn’t true. If the handle is in the up position like in the picture, it WILL heat up because of the metal piece in the handle. To solve this, I just tilt the handle to the side while it’s on the stove. No more problem
– the whistle to alert you the water is ready is so quiet it’s barely audible unless you’re in the kitchen when it sounds. I couldn’t hear it from my office next to the kitchen
So all in all it works as intended, yes. Wish the colour was more true to the picture and that the whistle was a bit louder.

in the item description says it has a stay cool handle well it did not stay cool after our first boil on gas range. almost burnt my hand trying to pick it up had to use oven mitt to pour our tea water. Sent it back the next morning and purchase an electric one https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B07S7CB7G2/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I ordered this kettle stating that it had “no more than 10% damage on the outside ” So I ordered it thinking that I could have the “damaged side” to the back of the stove, But I received it and No Damage whatsoever on the outside, So I took the lid off and there was a ring of few tiny black spots on the bottom, I have another of these kettles in Red(but I’m tired of Red) And I know that sediment builds up on All kettles these days(yes even on Stainless steel) And it can be eliminated by just washing it with soap and water about every week or two, I was going to send it back because I knew that it was Used-Not Damaged, But I looked and there were none in stock with the green/aqua color that I wanted, So I washed it out with soap and water and rinsed it out well and the little black spots were gone, I would have washed a brand new one out anyway, But this is the way to keep anything from building up- they don’t make things like they once did, I was using a Cuisinart prior to getting this kettle and No Where does it say that Any of them are Stainless steel(says “steel over metal “and a horrible Black sludge not residue was on the inside and I’ll Never use a Cuisinart kettle again, And these are Stainless steel, maby not the best but better than a few more expensive ones, and I would wash out Any kettle I have a couple times a month, I gave it 4 star’s because I was Lied to by Amazon about the condition of this kettle as there was No Damage But Used!!!

***EDIT***UPDATE*** Returning kettle today. After not being able to get the kettle boil this weekend, we tested the bottom with a magnet. The magnetism was very weak. THIS KETTLE WILL NOT WORK ON A CERAMIC INDUCTION COOKTOP! Disappointed.
Lesson: Don’t post revier until you’ve used the product more than once… D’Oh!
I like this kettle a lot. I was using a saucepan before. Before that I had one of those one-cup wonder coffee makers that use pods. Now I enjoy using a French Press for coffee and a simple strainer for tea, and I love using this kettle. It’s much better than just using a pot, even if it’s just because the kettle looks nicer. Now, I’m not sure about the multi-size claim. I have a glass stovetop, so as you can see from my first picture, this kettle fits well on the small ring; however, can you see how the bottom grooves in past the small ring? That part of the kettle would not touch the heating element on my stove, so I’m not sure how useful it would be. Granted, I am no scientist. The kettle heats up regardless and overall I am happy. The handle needs to be tilted to the side (see picture) to remain cool to touch.

The sounds this “kettle” makes while boiling water can be heard two houses down the road, but the whistle stoped working in two days. Thus, the only way to know the water is ready when the sounds of approaching explosion stop.
But it is pretty though. Deep red colour fills my heart with joy.

I absolutely love this kettle… aside from one thing that actually is a safety concern. The top of the kettle has a heat protective plastic where you can grab it and pour the hot water however the spout on the front you need to open to pour the hot water out does not. You’ll need an oven mit or tea towel to open this part as it is all metal and you’ll burn your fingers trying to open. Silly design flaw if you ask me.

This kettle is sold as having a cool handle and lid. Utter hogwash. Both are so hot by the time it boils that an oven mitt is necessary to pick it up off the burner. Worse is the lever one must flip to open the whistle to pour out the water. I’m sporting a big blister on my finger. Not a user friendly kettle
