For a headphones, the quality of the sound is similar to the wired monsters that I have, which is pretty good. Hi and Los are pretty good, but the mids can be lacking. The fit of the headphones are pretty secure and doesn’t fallout when I wear them on my commute. Favorite part of the headphones are probably the case, the case so satisfying to open and close, I find myself fidgeting with it alot. One gripe I have tho is the case size. The case size is pretty significantlh bigger than other wireless headbuds out there, not exactly great for small pockets, but would be ideal for bags or jacket pockets. The “noise cancelling” aspect is passive noise cancelling, which is pretty good and standard similar to other headbuds. Overall, decent headphones.

These worked great for two months. After that the tap to control stopped working, and shortly after that the left earbud no longer charged. Unfortunately this all happened 3 days after the return period ended. I went through Amazon customer service who filled out a warranty request for me and I was never contacted by monster. I have attempted to contact monster through their website to have the warranty honored. Unfortunately there is no phone number listed to call, and anytime I try the “contact us” link to send an email, I simply receive a “page not found.” What good is a warranty if the company can not be contacted to honor it? I am very dissatisfied and will never purchase another Monster product. Also note that there are many other reviews that complain about one or the other earbud dying as well as lack of customer support.

PROS:
I got these on a flash sale as I was looking for buds that would stay secure while working out. These had an ear hook, and when I got them THEY STAYED PUT. And they sounded ok, bass was a little weak–disappointing for something Monster branded. Thus endeth the positive part of the review.
CONS:
On the first pair, the left earbud flat out died in a week. OK, infant mortality in consumer electronics. Ordered a replacement set, and the left ear bud worked this time with making sound, but did NOT work for controls. Crappy quality control at the factory? Monster, what happened?
Here’s where the design interface SUCKS–these thing fit tight into you ear and stay put with the hook (they are NOT noise cancelling, they just block noise like ear plugs). With all these bud types, you tap them to answer calls, increase or lower volume, etc. Every time you tap the bud to make a call, volume change etc., it creates a very loud THUMP for each tap. Double tap to change volume? THUMP THUMP. It gets freakin’ painful after a while (especially when the left bud ISN’T WORKING), and increases ear fatigue. So, Ok sound (but not Monster quality IMO), great stay put fit, junk hardware and terrible interface. Not worth the $40 on sale, definitely not worth the $80 regular price.

Monster is well known for making quality sound products. So it was a no brainer when it came to ordering this bluetooth earbuds. The case is pretty innovative and earbuds themselves are pretty cool. It uses a touch sensitive system. The earbuds turn on and go into an automatic pairing mode once you take them out of the case. When you place them back in, they automatically turn off. The case itself is built well and stronth. The fit of the earbuds is nice and ergonomic. It doesnt fall out easily like other earbuds.

I purchased this pair of Monster earbuds mainly for the purpose of working out and running. It really does the job.
a) In terms of the sound quality and bass level, I am quite impressed. Well, it is made by Monster. The sound is crispy and clear enough for me to hear all the detail while working out or jogging.
b) Noise cancellation is quite good for preventing a certain level of external unwanted sound/noises.
c) Comfort level is great while the earbuds can sit tied properly within my ears. In addition, they are IPX5 water resistant, which are adequately protected from sweating and rain drop. Compared to some over $200 big brand competitors on market, I think these earbuds offer a better performance for sport usage.
d) Fancy looking for both the charging case and earbuds. The earbuds’ indicator lights are in a shape of halo, which are quite unique and eye catching. The case is also quite portable.
e) Battery can hold long enough for at least 4 hours of music playback and 2+ hour of talking, combing the power on both earbuds and case. The carrying case itself can charge the earbuds while not using. To charge the earbuds & case, there is a USB-C cable, which greatly enhance the charging speed.
f) Connection/syncing to the earbuds is very easy from the phone or other devices supporting bluetooth. This product supports bluetooth 5.0, so the sound delay is non-significant. I don’t have any issue while streaming videos and music, meaning there is almost no delay on the video playback. Since I am not a gamer, I am quite interested to see other’s comment on how it performs. The signal range of the earbuds is also very strong. I can listen to my music without any problem while my phone is on a different floor.
Lastly, there is still some room for improvement. For instance, I found the build-in mic tent to pick up lower volume while I am speaking in certain environment. My friend who’s on the other side of the line has mentioned to me that I need to speak louder sometimes. Other than this issue, I think this product is closed to perfect. Hopefully the manufacturer will improve that in their future products.

These bluetooth wireless headphones are pretty awesome! The sound quality is good, with a deep bass and well-rounded surround sound. These are the most comfortable headphones I’ve ever owned, particularly after I switched out the eartips to the smallest size (there are 3 different sizes). The fit is incredible and ergonomic, and I love the rubber loop that hooks into your ear nook for a secure fit (they never fall out like my other headphones do).
The metal case is extremely durable and portable. It protects the headphones and charges them quickly with the provided USB wire. Each headphone clips into place through strong magnets and instantly charges. You rotate the case to open it or snap it closed. It’s a clever, effective design, and as soon as you remove the headphones, they automatically go into pairing mode. It’s very easy and fast to connect these headphones through bluetooth to your phone, tablet or whatever. The connection is generally reliable, but there have been a few times where one headphone would just stop working randomly. I put it into the case for a second before removing it again and it worked fine afterwards, each time.
I would recommend these headphones because they’re convenient and comfortable. They’re perfect for long sessions at the poker table and for traveling. They play music and other types of audio for hours, and I absolutely love them!

I am one of those people who would never pay the ridiculous amount of money for a pair of AirPods. I also thought I would never need wireless earbuds, but the time has come and after some hmming and ahhing I decided on this pair. I thought, I can get one of those cheaper ones for $40-60 but I rather have something of quality that will last. Monster is a well known brand so I didn’t have much to worry there. These arrived a lot quicker than the expected delivery date so I got to try them out right away. They charged quickly, they fit in my ears nicely (husband tried them on and agreed) and the sound quality is amazing. I also didn’t see anything about noise cancelling in the description but they are sure a-ok in that department! Only finnicky thing is the control on the earbuds themselves – I still need to get used to them but I think that function is pretty handy! I’m sure in no time I’ll be an expert in using them. I will be using them mostly at work to drown out the office chatter but I am excited to try them at the gym and see if they stay in! Highly recommended especially with the $20 off right now!

These are original monster earbuds, and they are just as amazing as I thought they will be. If you are a person who loves bass, these are the buds for you. They fit really great in my ears, and I have been able to enjoy a nice workout without the earbuds falling off my ear, might be due to the hooks attached or just the tips are of amazing quality that they don’t slip with in contact with sweat. Love the design of the case as well, as well as the battery life of these earbuds, lasting about 6.5 hours on my testing and the case charges them about 3-5 times before it runs out of juice. Overall, these earbuds are great and I don’t think that they will have any problems.

Essentially they worked very well when they did. Sound quality very good although they was a slight delay compared to an AptX model. But the issue is all of a sudden they stop pairing to the same device I have been using them since Oct 2020. 3 other device pair very well with said device.
The headphone goes in pairing mode, when it detect a device it keep repeating ‘pairing, pairing, pairing, but not actually doing it. Tested on 3 transmitter, a Pixel 3XL, a Moto G7 all of which work fine with other wireless earbuds, headphone, or other Bluetooth device. Researched the issue or if you can reset the earbuds and found nothing.
Send this detail to Monster along with product #, SN#, got no confirmation of reception and no response over 2 weeks and two inquiries. Disappointing. If you are lucky and they keep working it is a good product but if they stop working like me and you cannot get info on fix or replacement then they are basically collecting dust.
UPDATE : I’ve change my rating from 1 star to 4 stars as Monster did reach out to me 4 months later and they were very quick at shipping me a new set. Which, I’m very thankful as they are working as intended.

I already own the Apple airpods but I was not thrilled with the music quality. I bought these based on Monster’s reputation for quality sound and I have found their products to have better bass sound than some competitors. As for my review, I will focus on the Pros and Cons vs. the Apple product. First the pros: definitely better sound quality for listening to music. Fuller, richer base and nice balance between the earbuds. The earbuds fit more snuggly than the airpods. This makes them better for running and endurance sports where you get sweaty. The “seal” that they form also helps block out other noises from your environment…which makes them great on airplanes. Battery life is better and Bluetooth syncing was quick and intuitive. Cons: The case is substantially larger than the airpods. This makes them not so great for carrying them in your pocket to answer phone calls. They are a little troubling to sync to the Apple watch so that you can listen to stored music on the watch without the presence of the phone. I finally got it to work, but it took some doing. Apple does an outstanding job making all their products work seamlessly together so that is a tough hill to climb as another hardware maker. All in all, I am satisfied with this purchase because what I wanted was better sound quality from a Bluetooth earbud, especially while I exercise. I will probably carry both on trips using the airpods for phone calls and quick access, and the Monsters for music and listening to podcasts.
