This stand was easy to assemble for just me to do, I just took my time and it was all going smoothly. However when I got to the drawer the screw they provide for the drawer knob isn’t quite long enough to attach the knob so I’ll have to buy a separate knob for the drawer, but overall it is good quality and suits my space

Love this! We bought a larger tv and needed a wide, short tv stand. This one works great and matches our authentic mid century furniture. It was easy to put together once we realized the pieces had the numbers written on the edges.

Great quality with an actual wood veneer, not just fake wood pattern. The build quality, the directions and design are all great. All you need is your own screwdriver.

*There’s a typo in the instructions. STEP 12 should read “Ix16” not “Fx16” for the screw type (see photo).

This is one of the crappiest pieces of furniture I’ve ever purchased. The box arrived in shreds stapled together with pieces of paper (?!) and the condition of the TV stand wasn’t much better. The veneer (which is just paper printed with a wood look) was peeling back at least an inch on one side. It’s a pain to put together. Every corner of the thing was damaged. We returned it, wasn’t even worth taking it out of the box. We also just got done furnishing an apartment almost entirely from amazon, so I wasn’t expecting the world’s best piece of furniture, just something to look nice for a while. This one was miles worse than the rest (even though they were all at similar price points).

I don’t know how the final product was. We never could finish assembling it as one of the legs did not have the thread on its rim. So it did not fit in properly. They don’t want to replace it and provide a very negligible refund. It’s a 200$ item and you cannot give a threaded rim. Don’t buy. I would have give zero stars if possible. It’s so tiring to open up the box, assemble the pieces and find one price missing. Not acceptable for the price paid for this.

This is obviously not solid wood furniture but laminated particle board. But it looks surprisingly nice once put together. The wood exterior looks and feels great.

headline says it all. my favorite part is the sticker on it saying IT CAUSES CANCER. you think i’m joking. a california law means they have to tell you about if making the particle board the pasted-on-wallpaper-like “walnut” will give you cancer. awesome!

    * horrible labels of parts
    * mystery holes drilled which the “instructions” say to screw this part in or hammer this down through have no corresponding hole when you’re putting it together.

good thing i was using wood glue for the dowels! that meant by the time i got to putting the pieces together i had to shear off two dowels. awesome again!

a 30 minute project took two days and three hours of actual assembly. had to go to the hardware store the next day to replace broken dowels which needed to go in other parts but which, again, the instructions will tell you top put them where they don’t belong.

yet remember: this will KILL YOU. if it isn’t the frustration of the build, the cancer-causing product itself will.

    it’s going outside soon.

    peace to you all, people.

Love the style and the color! Matches my other Modway furniture piece- tv stand. Very well constructed but did take close to 4 hours for me to put together and I’m pretty good at putting together furniture. All worth it. Mine only had one flaw, a small dent/scratch at the front but other than that it arrived with no other scratches. The size is perfect for plants, books, records, and dvds.
I’ve had the bookcase now for about 4 months and it’s held up really well. I’m sure it will last a long time.

If this review helped please give it a like! Thank you to everyone else that posted photos they are so helpful and wanted to pass that forward.

I like the size and simplicity. It looks nice and materials seem good.

Overall, instructions are good, but could be better. Some parts are very similar to each other and it was not easy to tell from the manual.

This was one of the easiest things that I have put together. The instructions are clear, simple, and straightforward. All the pieces and nuts and bolts were clearly labeled and marked so there was no confusion. It is a stunning TV stand for the price! I would recommend this stand to anyone

I was nervous about buying this because there were no reviews yet. I’m glad I took the plunge! Looks exactly as pictured and arrived earlier than predicted. It came in perfect condition and took me about 1.5 hours to put together on my own (and I’m not very handy) You’ll need a screwdriver to assemble.

I did switch out the knob for one I liked better but the original one is perfectly fine too. I’ve only had it a few hours so I can’t speak to how it will hold up over time but it seems sturdy and high quality.

This looks like something they’d sell at West Elm for a lot more money!
