My daughter loves these. The fit was just as expected. She is 8 and is 51 inches tall, 66 pounds. Tall and lean but muscular. We ordered the 7-8 and it fit perfectly. They dry super quick and her shoulders don’t burn when we are boating all day.

I was so pleased to find a girls swimsuit that was a short and shirt set. I hate the little one and 2 piece swimsuits for little girls because they move around. This is great. My granddaughter can run around the backyard with it on and get in and out of the pool and I don’t have to worry about it moving around on her. Dries fairly quickly and she loves the mermaid scale design. Fit as expected too.

From my wife: We got this for our daughter, and she loves it. My one issue is that while the shirt and front of the shorts are lined, the back of the shorts isn’t lined for some reason. This makes the back noticeably sheer compared with the rest. It’s been passable so far, but I’m definitely disappointed with this shortcutting for no apparent reason.

Should have listened to the reviews. Way way too thin. Not much point to these if my 3 yr olds undies can show through before they even get wet….

Should have listened to the other reviews. I will never understand why these manufacturer’s make completely sheer/see through clothing, and FOR CHILDREN nonetheless. Completely inappropriate.
My daughter is in the 90th percentile. 3.5 years old, usually wears a 5 or 6, depending on brand. Purchased the 4-6x size and it fit absolutely perfect. Comfy with an adjustable waist. The pattern and color (purchased pink with the palm trees) were gorgeous too! We were in love, until the moment it got wet. Any solid pink piece of the swimsuit was entirely sheer- including the entire backside. Why do you not have a privacy liner for both the front and back? Makes no sense. Please protect your children and do not purchase this see through swimsuit.
