UPDATE: After reporting the voice command problems with LeVoit Customer service, they deferred taking action and instead directed ME to contact the developers of the App that supports the LeVoit Humidifier. How’s that for customer service! Don’t companies know that paying customers are their only reason they exists? Wouldn’t the support person want job security by ensuring their company is meeting its customers needs? Shouldn’t a customer support person pass on the issue to the appropriate departments instead of telling the customer to do this themselves?
*For that reason I’m putting a DO NOT BUY from LeVoit and changing the star from 2 stars to 1 star. I’ll update again, if they contact me with a solution to the original problem.
Not very impressed with this product. It is much more noisy then my previous humidifier.
The Google Assist voice commands work great.
Most of Alexa voice commands don’t work. I’ve submitted a report to LeVoit support about this issue and will report back when they get back to me.

Had it one week. Its well made of quality materials and construction. The ability to use your smartphone to control and change setting through a smartphone, Alexa or Goodle Nest Hub device is a bonus. The third party downloadable software works very well and not difficult to set up if you read the instructions as you go. It even has an alert to remind you when the humidifier needs cleaning.The water tank holds 6 litres of water and lasts for a long time at normal settings. Refilling the tank is very easy with handle indents on each side to lift it off the base device and fill it in a kitchen sink and return it onto the base unit. We have soft water so there’s no residual white powder on furniture. There is a two level intensity night light which can be turned on or off as you please. The swivel humidifier spout is connected to the removable tank lid and is easy to remove. As with any device its recommended to read the enclosed paperwork it comes with and their suggested for operations for best performance. Its designed such that you can set it and forget it. Just replace the water and clean it when needed.
If you register your Levoit Classic 300 for warranty right away you will be entitled to an extended warranty no charge.

I love everything about this humidifier, it’s quiet, has a large 6L tank so you don’t have to constantly fill it. It has front controls and app controls and even is fully controlled by Amazon Alexa. We have over a 2000 sq foot home and this little thing humidifies the whole main floor wonderfully.
Cleaning it is a breeze, believe me you won’t be disappointed, i wasn’t..
It’s super reliable, we have run it now non stop for a whole month and a half straight no problems..

Also wanted to add ..you do not need to use the app or alexa to operate it if you would rather not.
For anyone that enjoys essential oils there is a place to out oils in to enjoy their relaxing effects.
It came quickly very very happy with it.

Dry Canadian air, this humidifier is a good choice for that. This product has been working great so far. I need slightly more humidified air for medical issues, and I didn’t want to be changing the water every few hours, so the 6L tank is great! I use either reverse osmosis bottled water or softened water, so I don’t have a problem with “white dust” which is a result of hard water. If this is a concern for you, a whole house water softener is a good idea. Or cheaper…. head to the grocery store and get an 18L jug of better quality water. I love that I can direct the stream, control the output or even put it to auto and night mode (I hate led lights at night!). The functions are all great!
Does it last several days? Maybe on low mode, but with high mode you might have to change it once a day. And on auto, it will depend on a lot of variables. I found it sufficient for my needs. I usually top it off once a day or every other day. Our air is pretty dry.
I didn’t really buy this for the smart features, I just figured they are a bonus. The software initially had some bugs in it, but they seem to be fixed now. You’ll notice even in the video that when I changed the output, the software had a bug moment of switching rapidly between outputs until I hit the button a couple more times. I turned it off and on again. It hasn’t done that since. Nor have I had any connectivity issues. They didn’t affect the functionality, they were just annoying. Thanks for fixing it Levoit!

Hoping this was going to work as i like the top fill option. Wanted to use it for keeping the guitar and piano at a constant humidity. Like the option of the app to adjust the auto humidity. Bad part as per the picture, is that it quickly claims it reaches max humidty in the auto setting then shut off after approx 1 minute. You can see by the picture that my other humidistat did not go up like the levoit did. The levoit slower goes down again in humidity, turns on and quickly reaches the 10% max auto range limit and shuts off, however the room humidity did not reach this humidty level. Contacted levoit customer service to explain this concern. Amazon said i could return so will plan to do that and order a different brand unit to try.

Love the size of the water tank, makes refilling a breeze, it’s also top-fill so it’s very convenient. The display is large enough and the buttons are very responsive. The quality of the base and the water tank are excellent, not made of cheap plastic. I was able to connect to the humidifier via bluetooth with no issues and this is my favorite feature. The auto mode is fantastic, the humidifier stops when it reaches the target humidity level. My first time owning a Levoit product. Totally impressed!
