App loaded easy, easy to connect. Works amazingly well, doesnt bump into things or go over any ledge. I use on laminate floors and it works great. Easy set up with google home; make a routine and let it clean in middle of night. Needs to be emptied every morning and that is about it. Runs for at least 90 minutes, or until it is full. Does a 1000 square feet and has 45% charge left.
Smaller size is the best part. Quiet, and can get everywhere.

Update:
I continue to receive harassing emails from the company to change my review. They offered $5 (unethical) and send almost daily emails. One included the person talking about how her husband abandoned her and the her kids and is desperate to get this changed. I’ve forwarded to Amazon but they aren’t doing anything. Avoid this company and buy something else.
Received the product and tried to charge, but the base does not charge the device.
There is a green light on the side to indicate power, and that does not light up.
There is no way to charge the vacuum.
Setting up the vacuum took several tries, it isn’t the most user friendly. But it finally setup. The performance might be ok, but there seems to be a lot of issues on Amazon related to this. “Won’t charge” or “Vacuum can’t find the base” are all indications that the base does not work.
Quality wise the base is very, very light and cheap plastic. Very light. So…they probably cut corner and are suffering from this. I’ll be returning and not getting a replacement.

Great little vacuum, I purchased it for cat hair. This removes so much pet hair daily, that would otherwise end up in furnace filter, which now eliminates the need for frequent furnace filter replacement. I love that it has a hepa filter, with an added silk screen in front of it, to prolong filter life. It comes with a replacement filter too. It picks up pet hair, dust, fine to medium gravel that gets brought in from shoes, and other small particles. Noise level is what I’d expect from a vacum and is not an issue for me. Suction is better than what I expected. Battery life while in operation is about an hour for my use, to do 2 rooms, and it recharges quickly. It probably will run for more than an hour, but that’s enough time for the rooms need to be cleaned. I wish I had this product 3 yrs ago when we got our kitty, absolutely makes a difference in keeping pet hair and dust in control.

I’m so happy that I decided to get this!! It’s definitely a game changer! This robot has saved my life big time!! I turn the vacuum on every morning when I leave for the day & every night at bed time! It’s easy to use & clean!!
Mine is the mop/vacuum, can’t wait to get the mop accessories for it! Comes with one extra filter & 2 extra brushes! Comes with a little brush on the charging pad.
Filter & brushes are good for 3-6 months! Filter should be cleaned everyday after using the vacuum!

I had high hopes for this vacuum cleaner but was disappointed. Having a disability, I hoped this would help keep my home clean. But it simply has no suction. It barely picks things up on hardwood and pushes debris around. On the carpet (thin low pile carpet by the door) it went over the area for 20 minutes and essentially picked up nothing. It’s fairly quiet, has a lower profile that the iRobot so it can get in lots of places. Remote control worked well. Good sensors for not going down the stairs, gentle on hitting objects, good baseboard tracking. Better sweepers (longer) than iRobot. I thought it would mop the floors too but apparently that requires an additional part. If only it had suction!!

6/2021 update: the company recently contacted me and offered a bribe contingent on changing my review to five stars. I declined and I’m lowering my rating to one star. I guess you should keep that in mind when considering the other reviews you read here. They may be biased.

Overall, a fair value for the price, but you can’t expect too much either.
Marginally good cleaning ability. Has two sweeper brushes to guide debris under the unit to be vacuumed up. No rotating brush under the unit to clean more thoroughly. Pretty quiet though.
No navigation capability, it simply bumps into objects and and veers off in another direction. What does that mean? The room you turn it loose in may eventually get clean, but you have to hope that it manages to randomly pass over all areas of the room, which could take quite some time. Also, due to the lack of navigation capability, it had a very difficult time finding its way back to its charging base. I could easily imagine the unit running out of power before reaching base.
Would never connect to WiFi despite multiple attempts on the part of support to help. This seems to be a known issue, based on what I’ve seen in other reviews. Can’t comment on any of its connected features as a result.
Ultimately I ended up returning it, as it had little value beyond being a novelty for me. I will credit it for helping me understand that the concept was good however. I ended up buying a more fully featured unit with navigation and better cleaning capability. I paid considerably more money for it, but it truly works works as an effective, labor-saving device.

We’ve had this for around 1 month now. I had the following concerns:
– The dog will hate it (he always attacks our current vacuum)
– it won’t really pick much up
– it will be too loud
So, turns out the dog doesn’t care! This is probably because, for a vacuum, it’s very quiet! I’m not going to tell you you won’t notice it, because if you’re watching TV, you’re going to want to turn the volume up, but at least you can still hear the TV (which isn’t the case with the normal vacuum).
What really blew me away was how much stuff this thing picks up! Where does it find it all! I can vacuum the house (very thoroughly), and then I send vac out (using Google home, because why not) and it still manages to fill half its waste bin after a cycle! The first few times we ran it, it would keep filling up, presumably because it can get underneath all of the things the normal vacuum can’t get to! (Thank god, under the bed is always clean now). I’m very impressed with this vac. Now I need to find an extra charging station so I can just lift vac between floors without having to unplug and move the station too

Its not super powerful, but its relatively quiet (can still watch TV with higher volume) and I have to say I’m impressed with its intelligence. It follows walls instead of constantly bumping into them like a roomba.
I have a dog and my roomba proved to be useless as I’d hear “please remove and clean roomba’s brushes” every other use. This one just has 2 rotating sweeper arms that funnel most dirt into its small vacuum “funnel” area. (see underside)
It clearly works, because I was HORRIFIED at how much was in the bin and how caked full the filter was. We run this every other day and it still keeps finding stuff. I have 2 small kids and its summer so they’re constantly dragging in dirt from outside. The dog doesn’t help either.
Since this doesn’t have a brush/beaterbar its not recommended for carpet – but it works GREAT for my home

I used to clean my floors every few days, now I have this little cleaner running around all day! Very impressive. I like that it returns back to charging base so I don’t have to charge it on my own. Very simple to use and maintain.

After wanting a robotic vacuum for years I finally decided to give this one a try. (Brand name ones are just too expensive for me to fork out the $$$ for)
It works awesome! Gets all the pet hair and dirt! We have 2 cats, an extra large shepherd mix dog and foster multiple kittens.
Super easy to use and clean!
Absolutely thrilled to have this little helper.

This is one awesome little robot. We’ve had the more expensive iRobots, this one is far superior. Easy setup, easy to clean, quiet and good battery life.
By far its biggest advantage is the vacuum and has NO roller brush. Why? Cleaning is a snap. Just remove the dirt canister, clean and replace. No trying to cut out hair or other long materials wrapped tightly around a roller brush.
We have a 2,000 sq’ home, it easily handles the top floor every 2 days or so.
I would add that the after service support has been excellent, answering my inquiries and questions.

Good product, hard to connect to Alexa. So, after about 1:30h of trying and watching videos I will detail how to do it here:
1. Go to the alexa app (I am assuming your alexa device is already paired)
2. Look up “smart life” in skills
3. It will prompt you to sign in with an account (beware that even though it starts with a +1, putting your email is also an option). If you don’t have an account, download the smart life app from the store (free).
4. DO NOT LINK YOUR VACCUM TO THE SMART LIFE ACCOUNT (the account is just so you can enable the skill)
5. Use the account you just created to enable the skill.
6. Have Alexa search for devices
7. Enjoy my 1.5h work hassle free
