Has little rubber bumpers at bottom which further stabilise your phone whilst mounted in unit.

This stand does not take up much space and the angle is fine. The only issue I found is that it moves a bit on smooth surfaces when touching the screen. A bit of BlueTac fixed this.

I’d been using a makeshift item to prop up my phone when I came across this universal phone stand. And though I thought it was a little $$$ at $14.99 I went ahead and splurged. Probably made a mistake.
While it does it’s job, it is a little awkward to easily plug and unplug the charging cable since the port to plug it in is located on the bottom of the phone and there is less than 2 inches of space between the phone when it is in the holder and upright and whatever the holder is sitting on. Sso most times you have to remove the phone from the holder to attached the cable (and least it’s easier to do it that way).
In subsequent searching I found a Desktop Dock Charger Cradle, which not only does the same thing, but you plug your cable into the back of the dock. Easy Peasy to remove and place the phone on the dock. AND you can also charge a spare battery at the same time. BUT the kicker (in the head) is, it is sold for the same price of $14.99! So why would I buy the Lamicall Universal Phone Stand? In hindsight, I wouldn’t.
Lesson to all those out there – do your research before buying.

Definitely the best smartphone stand I have bought till date on Amazon. Bought it after I had already purchased a similar product from the same seller for my tablet. I bought it in a lightning deal with a small discount, but even without the discount it would have been a great deal for the price. The stand itself is very well designed, the metallic body is light, compact and sturdy. It looks great on my home office desk and I plan to get atleast a couple more for my work. The extra pads that the manufacturer sent with the package are a plus. But with a few days of heavy use, I can already confirm that there is no slippage and it takes the weight of my iPhone 7 really well. I have tried it with a few other smartphone models and it shows the same stability with all of them. The only design enhancement, albeit a really small one, that I would suggest for a future model would be to allow more room on either side of the arm that holds the phone so that the phone can be placed on it with the headphones in the socket. It is not an inconvenience though, the phone just has to sit a little bit to the left in that case. All in all, I am extremely pleased and would highly recommend.

Love it more than I anticipated. Perfect for a table or counter..
I showed it to my boss at work who does just that. She loved it and she took mine. And I ended up getting her another one for her desk at home while reordering another one for me. Lol
Great for on the counter too, up and away from any spills that may occur. The phone holder itself has a lip that will accommodate just about any phone case. It also has an indention in the lip to allow for the charging cable. One can tilt it up at a slight angle or leave it down, depending on what one is doing. You are able to turn it sideways to watch a video or play games. It is also very useful for cooking .Would make a great Christmas gift for sure!!

Being able to have my phone sitting on my desk in this Phone Stand has helped so much with using facial recognition. It is pointed towards my face and whenever I need to log in and the password is asked for, all I have to do is look at the phone and I log in. No need to pick up the phone, or to enter my password. Handy for general use of the phone when in my office, and keeps it readily accessible.

Really great stand! Fast shipping, great, sleek product and amazing price. The stand is a lovely matte silver metal with rubber protective feet and grippers for the phone. Nothing is going to slip or scratch. The company even sends a set of replacement grips and two new feet just in case! My iphone 6s+ just sits beautifully in it. The cord goes through the hole in the back and plugs right into my phone. I even don’t have to take my phone out of it’s protective wallet! The wristlet I bought for the phone to make it into a wallet type thing isn’t a thin, tiny cover, but it still fits in the stand without issue. I’m stunned and thrilled. My phone looks even cooler, much like a piece of art siting in the stand with it’s multicolored cover on.

This thing is perfect with a small modification.
I like my cable to stay attached to the stand, so I don’t have to go looking for it. I stuck a cable clip to the stand’s base and it works well.
Bought it for my 6s+ but It’s sturdy enough to hold the ipad Mini with case / magnetic cover folded over the back. Highly recommended, I may pick up an other one for the office.

Okay, these are simple and effective. They do the simplest task of holding your device while it charges in a reasonably usable manner.
Personally, I use a 3M Command strip to anchor it to my desk in combination with the magnetic charging cables from Netdot to make it the perfect solution. I have three of these and give them as gifts. They accommodate any modern device even with an Otterbox (case). A must-buy for any workspace. May even be useful if you need to stop misplacing your device by having a convenient nest for it.

I did not expect to receive such a sturdy and beautifully engineered item at this price point. It is solid metal and rather elegant. Just enough rubber grips in exactly the right places keep the unit from sliding around my desk even when I need to use the side button on my android phone to unlock it. Not only does the stand not slide around on my desk, the grips keep the phone from sliding around in the stand itself. It accommodates phones in thicker cases and also larger, phablet-style phones.
So well thought, not to mention ELEGANT. Will purchase another for my desk at home.

C’est parfait! J’ai un iPhone 6S avec un case de Otterbox, et ça fait parfaitement. J’avais des doutes que ça ferait pour un iPad mini 2 quand j’ai vu le phone stand, mais je l’ai essayé des 2 côtés, et ça fonctionne très bien aussi. Ce n’est pas chambranlant du tout. Je le recommande sans hésitation.
It’s perfect! I have an iPhone 6S with a Otterbox case and it fits perfectly. I had doubts that a iPad would fit when I saw the phone stand. But I tried my iPad mini 2 on both sides, and it works really well. It’s not flimsy. I recommend it.
