I found it very awkward to slip onto my 2008 vehicles vents (too tight) and the metal backing is swinging freely, I don’t think that’s suppose to happen. I also found it didn’t fit over my phone (Galaxy A8) very well with the ‘Otter’ cover. I am going to purchase a different one and see how that goes.

This holder slides onto the slats of the heat/air vents. The spring is so tight that it’s very difficult to attach a phone with the holder in the vent. It definitely takes two hands to put my phone into the holder, so I have to remove the holder from the vents, put in my phone, and then return the holder to the vents. Once it’s all set, it does stay in place and works well. I’d just rather have something a little less complicated.

Es un excelente producto que hace lo que debe de hacer, en mi casa lo sigo usando y funciona perfecto en carretera, pero como acostumbre a transitar mucho por terracería pues no aguanta tanto. Si no es tu casa para la ciudad y el pavimento jala perfecto un una Tacoma.

Les platico mi experiencia, compré uno de estos porta celulares. Resultó inservible a los 2 meses. Y se lo comunique a la empresa. Ellos me comentaron que debía ser un error y me pidieron una disculpa, además de que por las molestias me hicieron una devolución y me obsequiaron un producto

Tengo un KIA Rio y la verdad solo logré no lo logré poner ni a la mitad las pinzas con las que se sujeta, aunque pareció tener algo de agarre con eso.
Era algo fácil tirarlo al jalar el celular sin abrir el mecanismo que te permite liberar tu teléfono

… way better that the one I had before. This thing has two holders. They are pretty grabby. I can even adjust the holder at some slight angle to direct the phone towards myself.
Now I can put the phone (iPhone 8) in and take it out with one hand.
The grip is kind of soft, but it holds the phone nicely. No sliding out.
I use it on LR4 for a few months now.

El objetivo se cumple y es muy bueno para eso: detener el celular para poder estarlo viendo mientras se maneja… PERO el proceso para colocarlo es muy complicado! Tiene 2 pinzas en la parte posterior del soporte para insertarlas en las rejillas del clima, pero es bastante tedioso porque son muy cerradas entonces de entrada, necesitas ambas manos para colocarlo (lo cual ya es una desventaja si vas manejando porque no es algo que puedas hacer con solamente 1 mano) y luego no queda muy justo, lo cual causa miedo de que lo forces de más y puedas romper las rejillas. Además, para insertar el celular también necesitas ambas manos pues no se abre con facilidad, y si lo intentas con una mano, corres el riesgo de que se caiga todo el soporte al piso y ya no lo puedas recoger sino hasta que te estaciones (cosa que me pasó). Así que concluyendo, el propósito es bueno PERO debes asegurarte de colocarlo ANTES de empezar a manejar para asegurarte de ponerlo bien y que no se te vaya a caer.

This is a very compact phone holder that attaches to the air vent. I have the iPhone 11 Pro Max and it fits no problem. The only thing that I don’t like is it doesn’t angle down enough and it blocks the a/c from coming out of the vent in the summer.

I was looking to replace my magnetic mount and preferred a mount that is small and sleek rather than the common bulky ones. This mount is just perfect. It’s small, sleek, and super durable. Way more comfortable to use than my previous, magnetic mount, and the phone feels much more secure. My Galaxy s21 with 6.2 screen fits perfectly.

Secures well to the vent fins in my vehicles (2003 Dodge Dakota, 2019 Chrysler Pacifica, 2010 Nissan Armada). Easy to install phone (iPhone XR, iPhone 12, iPhone 8) and I use both hands to take out and put in. My vehicles only used on asphalt and gravel roads and the mount stays in place. I have not (nor will I) be testing in any sort of off-road environment because I have no need to.
Product has meet all of my needs and I am satisfied. I will purchase 2 more to place in my other vehicles as I do not want to keep moving the mount.
