I purchased this bag for my husband. He was completely stubborn about not wanting to get rid of his existing bag even though it was ripping and had seen better days. I bought another bag for him and he was not impressed so needless to say, it got returned. Seeing this bag on Amazon and reading the reviews made me give this one a shot. It arrived today and came nicely packaged, well protected with a thank you note and care instructions inside. My husband was very quiet as he filled it, but once done, I got a kiss and a thank you! He loves the bag. It’s very well made. I would not hesitate to purchase this brand again.

I bought this bag to bring with me to university, as someone who horse rides I can tell that the leather is of great quality as it smells and feels like an older saddle.
The pockets are spacious and the buckles are robust, my rather large laptop fits quite snugly and it’s everything I could ask for in a bag for university.

I never write reviews, but I have been looking for a leather briefcase for over a year. I had a high price point, if I could find something that I liked the look of, and would fit everything I carry with me on a daily basis. I ordered this bag because I loved the look of it, but for the low price I didn’t have high expectations that it would be the right bag for me or a quality that would last.
I am happy to admit that I was extremely and pleasantly surprised.
This briefcase is amazing quality, a nice rich look and is exactly what I have been looking for. From what I can tell the craftsmanship is stellar and I expect it to last, but only time will tell. Regardless I feel I have already gotten my money’s worth and I will go to this seller first if I ever am looking for something similar or a friend needs a referral.
To add to the already pleasant experience of buying, the item came in two days as promised which during Covid has not always been the case.
I love my bag and I highly recommend it to any one looking as I was, especially those of us who are particular in our taste.

This is marvellous product. In an age of flimsy yet often expensive bags and cases made of vulnerable and cheap man-made materials, this case is the antidote.
The leather is very thick, smells lovely, correct and natural, and the design is rugged elegant and practical. I am delighted that the manufacturers elected to use a clever fastener, that incorporates both a buckle and quick release fastener. This means you can use the buckles to adjust the strap lengths, but the fasteners to quickly open and close the case.
Inside is lined with a lovely canvass, in a complimentary colour, plus there are lots of sections and pockets. The two pockets on the front are very generous, and the zipped pouch on the back means you don’t have to open the case when in a hurry.
This case is a lovely piece of traditional workmanship, and top notch natural materials, at home equally in the bush or the boardroom. All this at this price point is amazing. Should last forever if you feed the leather every now and then, and will patinate beautifully.

This is a well-made leather bag with good quality substantial metal fittings, a canvas lining and shoulder strap. Everything is reassuringly solid and I have every confidence that the bag, seams, fittings, handles and so forth will be durable. The thought and care that has gone into the design and manufacture of the bag is clear to see.
The main compartment is divided into two parts, a lap top slot that is comfortably big enough for a 15″ laptop and an A4 notebook, and another compartment that I use for power leads, an A5 book, iPad and pencil case. To the front there is a document flap and then on the front part of the bag two useful storage pockets slightly smaller than A5. On the rear of the bag is a zipped thin document pocket. The top flap of the bag has functioning buckles with concealed quick release fastenings underneath.
The bag looks really good and is the sort of item that is a pleasure to own and use. If you’re looking for a leather laptop bag or messenger bag, I can recommend this one.

Honestly shocked that this bag is as beautiful as it is for the price. The option to use the heavy duty clasps to close the bag or use the strap fasteners is amazing. I fit my 13.3″ laptop in this and my custom keyboard with zero issues. Plenty of compartments for storage of cords, pens, etc. Cross body strap is also very comfortable. Only thing I disliked was that it came in plastic which seems fairly unnecessary – can easily be wrapped in paper for protection as the clasps have plastic sticker protectors on them anyways. Still gets 5 stars for me though for the exceptional quality and price.

I needed a replacement case for my laptop and accessories.
The bag is, as the other reviewers have said made from good quality leather.
I’d have given it four stars but for a few niggles.
1) the width of the bag isn’t wide enough to take an A4 file without it bending. So, any paperwork tends to get tatty quickly due to the size restriction and because the bag doesn’t hold its form well as the leather is so soft.
This shouldn’t be an issue to anyone who doesn’t carry paperwork.
2) The fasteners aren’t great. You can use the buckles or the hidden snap clasps. The pins on the buckles are cheap and sharp.
I’ve only used this for a few weeks but I’m already on the lookout for a replacement.
It’s perhaps ideal as a laptop only bag but insufficient for using as anything more.

Absolutely blown away by the quality of this bag. Been wanting something like this for so long but everytime I found something even close to this bag in stores it’s was minimum $300. Could not be happier

This packaged turned up and I realised I had accidentally done a one click purchase while attempting to add it to my list. When I opened the package I immediately decided to keep the bag. I’ve been using it for a week and it is fantastic. The quality is superb, with beautiful and solid buckles and clasps, all of which are plastic wrapped for protection. The leather is lovely, with beautiful tones. The lining also very nicely done. It’s perfect for the laptop, charger, kindle, gloves, scarf and a few bits and pieces. Perfect size and the strap is comfortable and robust. Highly recommended.

I like everything about this bag, the look, the craftsmanship, and the value at the price. One little touch I especially appreciate is the clasps for the front pockets which, although they look like buckles, are actually very solid mechanical clasps hidden under the buckles. I’ve searched for and looked at many bags for my commute into work and this one is the best!
I love it so much and I get compliments on it all the time. It’s very well-made, it’s exactly what I was hoping for and then some.
It’s got enough room in it for my MacBook Pro (15”) and IPad Pro (12.9”) as well as other things. It’s very easy to sling around your body or just carry. The leather looks like it’s aged gracefully and that’s why it looks so good. The stitching is durable too, so are the clasps. I love the look of it too, it’s just so elegant and timeless.
One of my best purchases ever on Amazon… I’d give it 10 stars if I could.

I saw a bag really similar to this style at Roots for over $400 and see no difference in quality. Not a seam or stitch out of place from what I could find and I inspected it inside and out. The zipper is smooth and brass hardware is solid. A few cons but they don’t warrant any loss of stars at this price:
-The padding for the laptop isn’t great because there’s no padding on the bottom or on the back and sides so if you have something in the zippered compartment in the back then your laptop could definitely feel it
-Another downside is that I can’t buy this bag in a physical store because the colour I received isn’t what I would’ve picked out for myself but that’s just the nature of the material and online shopping
-The leather is also a bit dried out so I wish I’d bought some leather honey in the same order but hopefully after conditioning it the colour will be nicer
-There was also a bit of a smell that reminds me of a shoe store but it was from the canvas lining inside rather than the leather I think.
Other details:
-It fits my 14″ Asus zenbook with lots of room to spare
-Mine has a “KomalC” logo embossed on the inside under the flap (it’s inconspicuous but I’d be happy to advertise this brand either way) and also on the zipper on the back
-The hidden buckle design is genius; I love the easy opening/closing mechanism with the classic look of a buckle
-There was a personalized note signed by Komal herself with leather maintenance instructions and it just really shows how much care went into this product. I still can’t fathom how I got this for a quarter of the price of lower quality bags in big name stores. I can’t believe I’m looking forward to going back to campus and lugging around textbooks so I can break it in and soften it up. Highly recommending to all my friends.
