    Hello Great looking mixer ….
    *** Updated 2021 Jan 29.
Amazon called (whirlpool/ KitchenAid) customer service on my behalf and they have confirmed the accessory bag and the 12 tine whisk are NOT included.

Thank you for the call back

*** I am noticing from the manual (see attached image) it appears the storage bag and the stainless steel 12 tine whisk accessory maybe missing.

I have put a call into Amazon (Seattle phone number) and they are attempting to call kitchAid to determine if it’s an included part.

I’ll update if / when I get an answer.

Are you just thinking of getting into baking? Do you want to make those super CHONKY pancakes? Are you bored from staying at home cause of the pandemic? Get one. This is cheap! But you kinda also get what you paid for. It does the job, but it feels a little cheap and takes a bit of time to get the job done. With that said I think it’s PERFECT for testing the waters. Give it a try and if you love it, then sure, get all the super fancy models. If anything keep it around to make that dalgona coffee stuff haha

For the same price you can get the 7-speed Cuisine Art which is a lot more powerful and three times longer warranty. I was extremely disappointed with how underpowered this mixer is. For the price I expected way more and I returned it to Amazon without any hassles.

I can’t afford a nice stand mixer, so I thought this would be a nice substitute. I was quite wrong. This is not great. I made some cookies and was mixing softened butter and sugar and the motor just seemed to be really struggling. I turned it off, because it honestly seemed like the motor was going to conk out. Very disappointed. I suppose it’s good enough for me, who will use it sparingly. If you are a hardcore baker and looking do use it a lot with cakes/cookies and dough and such, then I would keep looking.

I bought this mixer to replace my 8 year old KA hand mixer that finally bit the dust. I went for another KA mixer without much thought as I expected the same quality and performance. Much to my surprise, this thing feels like a toy compared to the old mixer. It’s way under-powered. Yes, you can mix mashed potatoes or cookie doigh and such, just as advertised, but forget about whipping egg whites to stiff peaks. I tried doing that last week and gave up after 5 minutes and used my stand mixer that finished the job in less than a minute. Very disappointed and wish I had tested it thoroughly right after I bought it. Now it’s too late to return.

I was SO GLAD I used this before the return date.
With such high ratings/reviews AND the Kitchen Aid name, I didn’t give it a second thought when purchasing. WRONG!
I just made icing and I thought the button was stuck on 2nd speed! WRONG – it was at full power (speed 5). This preformed like a cheap 20$ mixer or they don’t make them like they used to. I’m an experienced cook/baker and I’m pretty sure these flimsy, wire beaters would break if making a heavy cookie dough. Ie: I don’t think it would survive more than 12 batches of biscotti – at best.

I bought this to replace a recently purchased Oster hand mixer that broke after minimal use. This Kitchenaid hand mixer is lighter, quieter and the low speed is truly low speed. I took one star off because the beaters seem to wobble a bit when in use. Fortunately, the attachments from my Oster fit, which means I can still use the whisk and heavier beaters that came with it. Looking forward to many years of mixing it up!

I also love the red colour. It goes with my large red Kitchenaid stand mixer.

Just opened the box and tried once with the mixer. It seemed working properly. However I took one star out because it’s missing two parts as per user manual shown. How am I getting the missing parts?
