I bought an off brand (Keurig wasn’t available) to clean my Keurig coffee maker. It left an awful taste in in my machine rendering it unusable. I was about to purchase a replacement coffee maker but decided to try the Keurig brand cleaner when it was back in stock. My beloved coffee maker has been resurrected and my morning cup of coffee is delicious!!!

My machine was working fine. I ordered this kit simply to clean it and replace the filter. Spent the money and about an hour and a half of my time. And the next thing I know- the machine won’t work- my touch screen would no longer turn on. The machine turned on as the touch screen would light up but the small circle that needed to be touched in order to activate the machine- would not respond. My husband spent another couple of hours taking it apart and trying to dry it out and complete all of the troubleshooting techniques with no luck. In conclusion- clean your machine the good ole fashioned way and don’t waste your money on this stuff.

A little pricey because of the name Keurig. Worked good had pieces of hard water sediment come out of the coffee maker. I am sure vinegar would have done just as good but the wife would not let me do it. She is afraid it will ruin the coffee maker even though it is used in coffee makers all the time and I have done it to many other ones for years. OH well it did the job and she is happy. Happy wife happy life.

This product was not as easy as I thought it would be when attempting to clean out my Keurig. I didn’t realize you are supposed to use the entire bottle for one clean. I had to resort to a youtube video to get the most efficient clean out of my machine. I ended up running the machine over 20x to ensure the water was cleansed compared to before where there were spots of brown. A bit tedious to do to run the water more than I had to. Would appreciate a video attached to this posting.

Wish it came with instructions. No directions at all. For the price it would have been nice to know what to do with everything.

I have used the descaled several times since I got the brewer and found it effective. The extras of the filters are handy and I use the pods to clean the needles unit after I use a latte pod

I’ve had my Keurig for over 5 years, I make time for cleaning regularly. I think this 3month supply box is great, not just for the products but for your money value too
