As someone who has purchased JETech products before, I feel like I had fair expectations going in. You aren’t getting the most amazing product out there, but I’d expected a decent case that does as advertised.
It was a bit difficult to get on as it fits a bit tightly which is ironic because you can clearly see there is a bit of space on the sides, allowing water/dust/dirt to get into the case. I hate when this happens because it can obviously scratch your device. However, the biggest issue is that the camera is not at all protected by the case. The case has a slightly raised edge, but it is clearly below the camera. So whenever you rest your phone down, your camera is unprotected.
I’m pretty disappointed with this case and am opting to go without a case at all, at least until I find something better.

One of the best, if not the best, bumper cases on the market!! Had Jetech case(same style and colour) on my previous iPhone 8Plus and that’s why it looked brand new even after 3 years of use!! It protected my phone from falls from my lorry cab (2-3 meters high) on hard ground, concrete, so durability of this case is outstanding!!! Recommend it all the way!!!

Bought the previous generations of this case they were very good but this one isn’t as tight and let a lot of dust to come in

The case fits fine and for the price the quality is good. The major flaw is that the cameras are not protected by a raised lip so putting this down on a flat surface still means the camera lens touch’s.
I bought this as an interim case until a wider range of 12 pro max cases are on the market but I won’t be using it for long.

Easy to hold very light weight and doesn’t make fingerprints. Stiff material so it does protect the phone 100% even if dropped. Clear and perfectly fit

I had just brought a brand new iPhone 12 Pro Max and chose this case for it. A week in I have realised the case has left SEVERAL scratches around my whole phone. I have never taken this case off since it’s been on, perhaps once or twice just to give it a clean, but I realised once I take the case off or put it on, the stainless steel gets scratched and in some areas deeply scratched. I’m not sure why but I’m really disappointed as it has my new phone looking months old with scratches, despite my best efforts in trying to protect my phone.

The inside back of the case is a magnet (tacky feel) for debris and you need a sticker to get it all off, it’s quite the experience making sure the case is clean of dust etc before putting it on. I had to take it on and off a dozen times before it was free of debris and dust.
Aside from that, it protects the phone well, dropped it twice now and no damage. It’s very thin and works with wireless charging.
Looking for something better now but it did it’s job for the price. Fingerprints really show on the back and it needs to be wiped off a lot.

I had the JTech case for my previous XS and was very happy with it and thought this one for the 12 Pro Max would be just as good. While its a good case there isn’t a lip around the camera area and the ridges on the phone’s perimeter aren’t deep enough to protect the cameras from scratching, so now I have scratches on the cameras of my 1/2 day old 12 Pro Max

The description and pictures of this product are misleading.
This case camera bump is not raised at all and your cameras will take all the scratches when you seat your phone on any surface.
The case quality is good but they should modify the description as this case is not protecting cameras at all.
Probably that’s why the price is just 6$. They need to get rid of a huge stock which I believe was wrongfully manufactured.
