CD player skips intermittently. I tried 2 cds. Both skipped on the Jensen but both worked on my Sony cd player. I bought it for the cd player so had to return it.

I bought this to play all night on repeat. I need to hear music for my Tinnitus (ears ringing) I’ve read the manual and this feature is just not working. How do I return it?

This arrived and has yet to work. It comes with an American plug and 120v as standard. It says in the user manual it will take up to 240v input but this is clearly not the case. Don’t sell products on Amazon.co.uk if they don’t work in the UK

Cd doesn’t work, radio good, unit attractive , which makes it an expensive ‘ radio’

This isn’t the fanciest CD player, but I really like it. I haven’t used the aux or bluetooth inputs yet.
Pros:
It’s pretty small, I love how it doesn’t take up a lot of space.
The sound is clear and gets fairly loud or quiet. It may not be party quality but great for family use and small gatherings.
I like the rolling volume knob rather than push button, it gives great control over the volume.
It has repeat 1 and repeat all functions, super handy!
I like the look, it’s modern yet the functions are fairly traditional.
It’s easy to use and figure out straight out of the box.
Cons:
There is no counter on the cd, so you can’t scan a song for a certain part or see how far into a song you are.
The tuner is really outdated, I’m not a big fan of the rolling tuner.
The antennae is a cord. Some people might prefer that but I don’t.
