O fone é ótimo. Uso pra dar aulas, fazer reuniões e atender chamadas e funciona muito bem.
Uso óculos e os fones costumam machucar minha orelha. Esse é super confortável, uso por horas sem incômodo algum. Estou muito satisfeita.

Sound quality is pretty good on these headphones but the quality of the cable is really bad. The plastic bit covering the 3.5 mm headphone jack is already worn out and has a tear on it. Overall good sound quality but very bad wire.

Comprei o fone inicialmente para acompanhar as aulas da faculdade, o microfone é muito bom, a opção de mutar o fone ajuda demais quando não estamos vendo a tela do meet por exemplo, o conforto das almofadas é fenomenal. E não é somente bom para aulas eu também estou utilizando para jogar os jogos de PC por exemplo, e estar em call com os amigos.

i own a pair of First Gen Beats Pro but i didn’t want my 13 year old using them for gaming so i bought these JBL’s. man, was i blown away at how good these are. for the price and the purpose, i got 10 times more than what i expected

The audio quality is not the worst but the microphone, the selling point of the product is one of its worst features.
Even for its price, the microphone’s audio quality and pick-up pattern are very poor.
Notably it is better than a cheap low-quality in-line mic (like the ones that come with in-ear headphones) but that is a baseline that shouldn’t be a concern.
At this point i’m not sure if my product is defective or not, but its pretty bad.
It also doesnt look very nice in person.
The braided cable isn’t too bad but the plastic they used in the mic looks very cheap.

Fist thing to mention is that you need a 3.5mm splitter if you want to use the mic on pc. The Q100 doesn’t come with one, annoyingly.
The build quality feels cheap. It rattles like Chinese plastic and they just feel too light. The mic is really flimsy.
The sound was really mediocre when I plugged them into my front panel audio, but I got curious and plugged it into a DAC and it was passable. Don’t expect these to be good for listening to music.

We bought this pair of gaming headphones twice (for online schooling) and they broke both times at the same place, right above the earpiece at the headband swivel. It’s a very thin plastic piece so I think the design of this piece is at fault. Luckily JBL agreed to replace the second pair at no cost. However, they need to improve on this item’s quality. I have bought JBL’s in-ear earbuds and they are fantastic with GREAT bass, so hopefully they can reach the same quality level for the next redesign of their gaming headphones.

Great audio quality at an affordable price. This gaming headset is very lightweight, making it comfortable for long gaming sessions. It also does a nice job isolating ambient noise and the detachable boom mic works great (crisp and clear, based on feedback from other gamers). Definitely recommend!

As someone who can easily be scheduled into 4 – 6 hours of meeting time in a day, these are great! I love that they have a large enough space to completely enclose my ear, instead of sitting on top of my ear. Anyone with a cartilage piercing will be very grateful for the size. The removable mic is great too, BUT I have a feeling that it is just best to keep it in. It seems to come out a bit too easily for my liking, and with constant removal and replacement, I imagine the mic jack might become a bit too worn for the mic to be plugged in and stay in securely. I haven’t used it for gaming yet, but maybe I’ll update the review once I’ve had the chance to try it on my xb1.

Great sound quality, and comfort level is good but it may cause some discomforting pressure around your ears especially if you have a large head. My ears completely fit inside the cups, and the ear piece swivels is convenient. The only concern I have is the actual audio cable durability. It has a very thin and light gauge cable which may reduce longevity of the headset as it is hardwired into the headphones. The detachable mic is a handy feature. Also the Volume control at the back of the ear piece is great for quickly adjusting volume.

Es un excelente producto , el sonido es genial muy buenos bajos y el sonido es nítido se divide muy bien , son cómodos y muy aislantes del sonido exterior , el micrófono es muy bueno solo que muy sencibles , trae controles en la orejera izquierda el cable es trenzado muy buen producto lo recomiendo al 100

Es una buena marca que apenas se introduce en el gaming, suenan claros, los bajos y los graves están balanceados, son agradables al oído pero recuerden solo son para videojuegos. No esperes conectarlos a tu celular y poner música por no sonaran demasiado, aunque le subas todo el volumen a tu celular o a tu pc o consola. Son buenos pero si los quieres para música estos audifonos no son para ti
