I’ve had a Jansport for about 10 years and it’s in perfect condition! The zippers never failed, the sewing never came undone, it’s a great backpack brand! I got this particular one for my father who wanted to use it as a personal item on flights. He loves the size, the pockets and the comfort that the “S” shaped shoulder straps provide. Not to mention the side pocket, perfect for reaching your water bottle without having to take the bag off your back. Fantastic product!

the strange curly shape of the straps are pulling in such a way on the shoulders that they are turned to the edge and so the whole weight is not distributed on the width of the strap but on the edge of it which is becoming very uncomfortable because this is a bigger backpack that can hold more weight terrible design absolutely terrible design.

I don’t think this is a legitimate Jansport product . The delivery was not sealed properly . Thrre were two dirt marks on the bag . There are at least two places where the bag is damaged and the main zip is stuck. So whole item has signmof legitimacy compared to a Jansport bag bought from a shop in Australia . Therefore will have to return it unless the buyer provides a proper replacement

The bag is so deformed, it is in no way perfectly plump and full looking like the picture portrays. Unless you are stuffing other bags inside of this bag, it will look nothing like the photo. Honestly so disappointed, I’m ashamed to be carrying this around at school.
