First order seemed to be a used canopy as there were scratches on it everywhere so I returned. 2nd has a red stain on it as well as it seems to be a used product once again. It works for what I need it, but am very much regretting that I paid this much for a used item.
Updated to 1 star – Just had first day of rain at a market with this tent and it was leaking from about 10 different spots inside the tent, the seams are very poor as water just kept seeping in from holes rendering the tent pointless.

I had one of these previous and it was stolen. This is apparently the newer version. This version has more plastic than metal, which does not give me hope for a commercial product that I will be using weekly. It also doesn’t have the same features the other one had and was $100 more! I am not impressed with this at all, but I need a tent for markets so I will keep using it and hope it was worth the extra cash

This canopy was used 4 times and then one of the legs bent while taking it down and was so badly bent that the leg had to come off in order to close the canopy because of the way they are designed. I have tried contacting the seller twice but had no response back. I had a more inexpensive canopy for 5 years and never had this issue. It is a lot of money to spend and not be able to use the product. I have never ordered such a large item on Amazon and will never trust Amazon again. If I had purchased this at a store it would be easy to take it back and let them see the problem and either get a new one or my money back. Not so with Amazon and this seller. Impact is suppose to be a good manufacturer of canopies. I did not experience that.

Fantastic! This Impact 10×10 canopy was a great deal and it has been a cushion saver this spring. I received the canopy and set it up myself (it will go much faster with 2 or more people, but can be done by one’s self – just expect to do a lot of walking around the frame) to make sure it was working well. I left it up as we’ve had a number of very heavy rain days with wind and wanted to keep my patio chair cushions dry. The Impact Canopy was solid and leak free through out. Very solid and stable construction.

Sometimes I wonder what people expect. For the price, this is the best out there. It’s light enough for one person to handle and yes, with patience you can set it up and take it down yourself. The frame is lightweight (get it?) I had a strong wind gust hit and since the feet were anchored down it twisted and bent one of the legs bad enough to render it useless. I contacted the company and it was replaced within the same week. They were quick to respond, more than helpful and only requested the order number.
I would recommend this tent. If you need a commercial grade unit then spend a thousand bucks. If you want light and easy this is for you but don’t expect it to be industrial strength.

Bought this along with the four wall screens to use as a quick “paint booth” on my driveway to avoid overspray onto the neighbors cars etc…
comes with a convenient carry case with wheels for storage and transport.
I can set up and break it down alone in about 5 mins. decent quality fabric.
I would suggest getting something to weight down the legs as the tent is quite light once set up and a quick wind will lift it pretty easily as mine did and bent one of the legs up top. I was able to bend it back to straight so hopefully it lasts. I would recommend.

I ordered on a Wednesday because we needed it for the coming Friday and it was the only one with 2 day shipping available. I had concerns about the quality because the frame looked smaller and less sturdy than my other one. Well it arrived this morning, AND THERE WAS NO FABRIC TOP WITH IT!!!!! And now it’s too late to get a replacement. Thanks for nothing!!!!! You lost a customer for life.

The tent is beautiful but the roof top is baggy. We’ve had a couple of great tents over the years and this one collected water when it rained one night. The the fabric is baggy and not firm. All the poles are weak and bent from water over an 8 hour period overnight. It was only $180 but maybe you get what you pay for. The company said that they wouldn’t cover for weather related damage, but it was regular rain on a summer night and I don’t think a person needs to put up and take down the tent every evening before they go to bed. The structure is not strong so maybe only buy if where you live doesn’t get any rain or wind.
