The only problem I have with this is it is mostly plastic although it seems very strong.
The ball mount is made of metal and it holds the phone well although I like to give an additional press inwards on the arms and not rely totally on the spring action to catch the phone and and I normally get another click out of it.
I haven’t got a wireless charger type phone but the usb connection works well. I have connected it to a 12v auto plug and plug it in the factory fitted socket on my bike so I have no problems with it flattening the bike battery. I do like the one handed operation and besides the above It’s great to use with gloves on.

So i got this for my Motorbike as needed something to charge whilst riding without the need to keep plugging in and forgetting to unplug when finished…..
this went on easily and looks good, the problem is anything THICKER THAN A SKIN COVER AND IT WONT CHARGE!!!
I tried a couple of covers to find this out, also HAS TROUBLE HOLDING THE PHONE IN PLACE IF THICKER THAN A SKIN!!! I guess that’s why they show photos WITHOUT covers on…so is it thick enough for my phone..NO
Is it value for money….NOT for a biker who wants to protect their phone with a casing as well as charge (it charges in the car with a like holder but not for bikes??)

should have got in touch with them first to ask how thick a case will go in and if it would still charge…..would NOT have bought if any came back as NO

I was finding that my iPhone battery wasn’t lasting a full ride when I was using GPS. I looked around for different options and decided to get a wireless charger phone holder. The holder is nicely built and I like the way it secures my phone onto the motorcycle. The clamp covers all four corners of my phone and holds it tightly. A button on the side releases the phone.
The instructions say to wire it directly to the battery. However the light to tell you its on, plus the switch are on the side and back, so I may forget to turn it off and end up running my battery down. I decided to wire it into my headlamp so that it is switched on and off with the ignition. Probably took me around 30 mins total.

Good product at first, held my S10e with otterbox case firmly and the wireless charge works great. The boot that covers the switch for charging between wireless and usb has fallen off so it won’t be long before moisture and water will render it useless. the usb charging has quit working which is a real bummer because I used it to charge my bluetooth speaker. I have only used it a month so looking for better options or replacement.

Installed on gsxs1000 2016, used Samsung S7 (regular not edge) with otterbox case. Product seems very sturdy, the phone is held tight in place doesn’t even seem to vibrate. It comes with adapters to secure it on the bar, you will need them if similar fatbar handle. I was able to use the wireless charging with my case, and fast charging feature. The installation is pretty easy, just time consuming for my bike since I wired it under the tank. If you want to bypass that little button on the back, wire the ground to the battery as usual, but put the positive (red) directly in the “ignition” fuse after cutting the metal prong and stripping the wire. I just placed the fuse on top of the wire. That way it turns on and off with the key, and no fear of draining the battery. My only negative is that I wish I had a bit more swivel on the up and down with the phone on landscape.

I bought this phone mount for my new motorcycle. It was very easy to install and it is also very easy to lock the phone in. My phone case prevented wireless charging but a USB port is included allowing for wired charging as well. Compared to other phone mounts I’ve had in the past, it is the easiest to use and I am confident that my phone is secure. I would definitely purchase again.

Nous avons acheté deux supports à cellulaires pour les installer sur une Kawasaki Ninja 300 et une Suzuki GSX750.
L’installation des deux supports s’est bien passée, ce n’est pas très compliqué. Par contre, lorsqu’on utilise la charge par le fil usb, il frotte contre la tank à essence.
L’accessoire comme tel, n’est pas d’une grande qualité. Le bouton qui permet de fermer le chargeur ou de choisir son mode de charge est microscopique et puisqu’il est sous l’appareil, il est impossible de voir de quel côté il est enfoncé.
Nous avons fait une ride de 5 jours avec. Premier constat important: nos deux téléphones cellulaires (Iphone 6s et Windows) présentent maintenant des problèmes d’appareil photo. Le zoom de nos téléphones sont défectueux et il est maintenant impossible de les utiliser.
Le second constat: l’un des deux appareils présente maintenant un problème avec l’une des branches qui tient le cellulaire. On ne peut plus l’installer de manière sécuritaire.
J’ai tenté de rejoindre le vendeur (Imestou- Ellie) qui m’a dit qu’il s’occuperait du cas, juste à lui envoyer les photos. C’est ce que j’ai fait, mais je n’ai plus eu de réponse ensuite malgré 2 courriels de suivi de ma part.
Bref je ne conseille ce support à personne. Il est de piètre qualité et pire encore, les appareils photo de nos cellulaires sont maintenant défectueux. De plus, le service à la clientèle est inexistant.

Not really a dislike, but for the price this unit is pretty descent, just i little light duty side from first glance.
Have not tried as it is winter here. will follow up later int time.
Update : bought another for the wife’s motorcycle, and no issues over this season ! Works great so far. Recommend wiring to a source that powers down when the bike is off. minimize wear and tear on the units power switch.

I installed this on my 2020 Honda CRF250L, it was quick and easy to install and best of all it works great. Phone stays really secure, I don’t have any worries about losing it while riding and the wireless charging feature is awesome on my Note 10+.

not even a month after purchase, the QI wireless charge function stops working. I give it 1 star now, avoid this cheap mount. When I switch to QI mode, nothing happens. If I switch to USB, the blue LED comes on. The switch has failed already and has been used maybe 5 times.

I’m a HD technician, installation is a 1 on the hardness scale. Average Joe can do with minimal tools.
The bracket is pretty sturdy. If you have an otter box or equivalent the brackets small pockets will not fit the depth of the grooves in the corner sections. I removed the plastic and made some small metal pieces will fit y phone.
The wireless charging works fine on my iPhone XR with the otter box.
The wire and the terminal connections is cheap as can be, I just replaced both for a heavier wire and and better terminals.
The switch on the backside of the housing is also garbage and will break in the near future.
Overall for $50 I’m happy with it.

For a very low price this is fantastic. Easy to fit with different size clamps and the wiring is plenty long enough to reach the battery with ease.
It holds my phone very well and also charges faster than I can use. I had sat nav on and screen lite up and also have music playing through my Bluetooth and this still charged to full in a couple of hours.
It holds my s10 plus even with a fairly hefty case perfectly.
