Also, the box includes some stuff that I can adjust the strap size. The strap seems high quality. I think nobody believes that I bought the watch with this price.

The watch comes with a pin removal tool, however the push pins are so cheaply made that you might bend them all like i did in my attempts.

I am contacting you as a disappointed customer, I purchased two of your watches in May this year but have just noticed that the black finish has started to ‘rub off ‘ on some of the bracelet links. The chain mail style watch strap is fine, and they have been worn equally, at the moment but I’m worried it could end up the same. I would like to return for a replacement (maybe a different strap) or a refund as I’m sure you would agree this is not acceptable standard and to be looking like it does after just nine weeks or so – the issue obviously started a while ago. Also the links in question are above the face which hardly get any wear, if the links below the face were affected I’d not be happy either but it would make more sense. I have attached some images below and look forward to hearing from you. Both watches purchased through Amazon 12/05/2021

Solid watch, good weight and feel. Clasps don’t hold if you move your hand to fast. I gotta keep reseting the time as it runs to slow, especially if I can’t wear it for a couple of days.
Great purchase if you want to get back into wearing bracelets/watches as I can’t wear jewelry for work and don’t want to spend to much money on something that’s just going to sit around.

It’s a great looking watch. It comes large, so you will most likely need to remove a link or two with a thumbtack. What makes it a cheaper watch compared to a similar style (MVMT for example) is the clasp. The placement of the release for the clasp digs into your skin, making this watch uncomfortable to wear.

It’s a gorgeous piece. Unfortunately, even after adjusting the band…the wrist is still a bit big. The adjustment needles all broke before I was able to take one last link out. Other than that, it’s beautiful and I will definitely still wear it.
