Mit der o.a. Auto Antenne konnte die Reichweite meines Garmin Astro 320 bei der Hundeortung deutlich vergrößert werden. Während mein Handgerät bereits nach 1,2 km keinen Empfang mehr anzeigte, hatte ich mit der Autoantenne auch bei 7 km noch vollen Empfang (dies bei gleichem Hundestandort).
Auch bei späteren Echteinsätzen war ich von der Leistung der Autoantenne positiv überrascht. Selbst bei Hindernissen in der Funkverbindung (ein Berg zwischen Sender und Empfänger) hatte ich noch sehr gute (und richtige) Empfangswerte.
Aufgrund der bisherigen Erfahrungen kann ich nur eine deutliche Kaufempfehlung geben.

Funciona correctamente. La base de la antena está inmantada para fijarla a la carroceria del vehiculo. Su alcance es mucho mayor ke el de la antena que viene con el garmin astro 320, es ideal para buscar perros con el coche.

Works great and depending on the area you are in, you will get a huge increase in range versus the handheld antenna. Great build, good length on the cable, and the magnet is strong enough to take a good beating in the woods.

This was definitely worth it. Easily tracked the dogs following each hunt and was able to get ahead and pick them up before they got too far.

Gives better range for Garmin tracker stays in place on truck can pick up dogs over a mile away in area with lots of hills and hollows makes it easier to keep track of all the dogs
