I purchased swing hung from the A frame to replace a broken bench located near a child’s play set in my yard. The price was right and it was delivered sooner than promised. It is well engineered and well packed in a cardboard container. All pieces arrived in excellent shape and nothing was missing. Some reviews said the pieces were damaged but not my experience. The shipped unit is a little heavy and the box was tightly packed. If it was dropped or mishandled during shipping I could see the possibility for damage (as with anything). The shipped unit arrived without damage I read other reviews talking about shoddy workmanship but I found this not to be the case. All pieces fit together well and work together well to give the piece its good structural integrity. Instructions were a little vague but I built it in about 1 hour while working at a relaxed pace (not counting time spent unpacking and inventory, add 20 minutes). I am very happy with this product. I was actually a little surprised and some of the design details regarding the assembly hardware (bolts, etc…), techniques that I didn’t expect of a unit at this price. Definitely worth the price and I’m glad I purchased it.

Amazing and looks great. Definitely recommend buying this swing set. And just get a clear coat from Home Depot (Varathane 1 qt. Clear Gloss Oil-Based Exterior Spar Urethane) it will make it last longer; make it water proof and UV proof.

This product is poorly made. It claims you do not need any tools, but the ones provided are not adequate to tighten the bolts. They did not send the correct parts to assemble the leg assembly. Even though a number is given for customer service when you call it you are advised to send an email and that their customer service department is not open except Monday thru Friday 9 to 5. This means that if you open it like I did on the weekend you have to wait until Monday at the earliest to even get an answer about the part you might need. Also the back of the seat was damaged during production and not replaced before shipping to the customer. I would not recommend this product, the quality isn’t there for the price.The pictures show how poorly the leg assembly is made and how the pieces do not match up which will weaken the assembly over time, because the legs do not match the top board the gaps left weaken the assembly. Also the seat has a spot broken out of the top of the back. This should have been seen during the staining process and replaced at the factory.

My husband and I used the swing about three times. There was no abuse of it and there was not over weight put on it and yet the back of it broke and we cannot use it. It is not safe to sit in and definitely would be dangerous to lean back on that section. We would have to take it totally apart, find a huge box in order tossup it back. I am more than willing to send you photo of the broken piece. We are sure how to handle the situation and do not want to put another one together and find again that the back is not the least bit sturdy. We would appreciate your consideration in handling this.

Based on price, it’s nice. It’s cute. But it could use some metal reinforcements instead of simply wood and bolts. The wood is soft. Like other reviews, mine had damage to an interior packed piece which means it left the factory that way. It was split at a peg joint on a preassembled piece. I repaired with deck screws and had to reinforce other areas with deck screws. The cross support at the top has machine screws going into it but no receptacles for the screws inside of the wood. Kinda pointless because machine screws will not grab into the wood. We have a bet going if the frame will last the rest of the year. If you are handy and can sturdy it up yourself, it’s okay because it is cheap. If you don’t know the difference between a machine screw and a wood screw, this is not a project for you.
