I bought 2 of these for my sons room. They’re super cute, good size BUT Got one assembled so far and I’m extremely disappointed. Very cheap product. Pieces of the shelf and walls of the shelf chipped off in large chunks and literally fell apart in my hands as I screwed each piece into place. Definitly not worth the 70$ each. I really hope the other one doesnt break apart as easily. I’m extremely disappointed and will be looking for something else to put in his room. I dont feel they will be sturdy enough after seeing them flake apart like that so easily during assembly.

Really nice unit… I found it very easy to put it together… Looks good… I would of preferred the plastic screw caps as I think the round stickers to cover the screws make the unit look cheap. Its quite sturdy but putting books on the bottom makes it more sturdy.. When I brought the unit delivery time was saying about 10 days but it arrived in 3 so real result.. I want to get the 5 cube bookcase now to match 😊

Best seller garbage! Came with defects and the wooden dowel broke in half leaving pieces stuck in both holes. I built several furniture before but as simple as it looks, this was a pain in ass. Such a fragile material isn’t even worth 20 bucks for me. It is delivered today, I wanted to return it and guess what! Not eligible for return!!! Don’t waste your time and money!

I paid £66.60 for this product, (due to is quality its probably worth £20), and paid £61.63 for postage. I thought it was extortionate, but I was looking for a bookcase that would fit a certain area in my daughters room and also kept with her colour scheme. Fine About 2 weeks later, I receive a letter from Fedex saying that I owe an additional £37.08 for duty and taxes. Thats £165.31 for a bookcase made in Malayasia, that looks like a flat pack bought from Argos worth £20.

I’m very disappointed with the item to be honest. Not what I had hoped it would be.
Firstly I would like to say it was easy to assemble. Instructions were clear which was nice.
Firstly some parts of the wood seem somewhat scuffed. You can see from the pictures. I would expect that if this item was a third of the price I paid.
Secondly the set came with stickers to cover the screws – the pink isn’t the same colour pink so still stands out. Also didn’t give you enough pink stickers to cover all the screws.
Size is a problem. Shelves hardly fit books. So not really fit for purpose. Books have to be put in at all angles to fit. Especially some of the nicer ones we have. I had hoped to display them neatly. I’m 5″6 and this come just up past my waist.
Honestly don’t recommend at all. Better quality for better prices these days.

I needed some more storage but only had a narrow area available to place a unit, this bookcase is small but perfectly suited for what I wanted. Considering the price, it’s very sturdy and all pieces arrived in good condition. Very easy to assemble. Only issue for me was that the backboard had a sticker attached to it which was non peel, a pain with any product to be honest! But in this case, during careful removal it still peeled away some of the green paint on the back. It was easy enough to assemble it in a way that meant the damage is not visible, particularly now that it’s full of books. But seriously, why does anyone use non peel stickers anymore?? Other than that, a lovely little unit at a good price.

Arrived in perfect shape. No damages or missing pieces etc. Assembly was fairly easy, though took about 30-45 minutes doing it myself… there are ALOT of screws. Completely assembled, the shelf is sturdy, lots of storage and looks great. Purchased for my daughter who loves the 2-tone color(white/lime green) as it matches her bedroom and uses it to store her books, collectable figures, etc.
*Note* – I recommend using a regular screwdriver for assembly, do not use a drill or powered screwdriver. As with most products made of particle board, MDF, chip board etc.. it is very easy for screws to split the board if over tightened or not aligned properly. Using a basic screwdriver and taking your time to ensure screws are driven straight and not over tightened will help avoid possible splits/breakage of the board.

The lack of instructions. I have put together many many pieces of furniture. It took me 4 trys over a 10 daay period to assemble it correctly. If I missed a tiny detail from the assembly diagram it would not work.Also the screws that you turn to assemble the two centre vertical pieces pieces do not have any gripping power. All in all it was a negative experience. However, I didlearn to be very patient during the assembly.

It is super cheap. Broken parts, falling apart and in no way big enough to put various sized books. Would not put this in my child’s room for the danger of it falling apart on top of her. Tried to send it back but NO RETURNS!!!!!! Beware.

DISSAPOINTING!!! It doesn’t worth that price because quality is “RUBBISH” as I read in previous comments before my purchase. It is easily scratched and it arrived already scratched and with the trims unstuck and damage. The edges are not beauty, look like an old and damage unit!!! The back panel you have to attached with nails, hammer and precision..so really “out of date” for the “self-assembly” and not easy neither fast. The stickers for the screws are like a joke for this “not cheap price”. And finally, the worst thing: when you try to remove the small stickers with the letters (A, B, C…) for the self-assembly, the colour and trim is peel off..so you get “brown dots” in the pink and white panels which is AWFUL!!! And in the top of that, it is “not refundable”!!! Please be aware of everything and every comment, and don’t buy this FAULTY AND VERY EXPENSIVE PRODUCT!! It’s a THEFT!!! It shouldn’t be allowed to sell this damaged product in Amazon!!!!

I was really looking forward to this bookshelf. I am glad I inspected all the parts before putting it together. There were lots of chips, scratches and finish around the edges was peeling. As well it is not all pink inside. All the parts have one side pink and one side white so you end up with some sort of a mish mash. For exemple one square will be all pink inside except bottom or top will be white and a full length side. It is going back to amazon as a return.

Okay- I have to say I was surprised by the size of this product. In the pictures it looks much bigger. The item is OK, I mean it’s not bad for the price but very small. Good thing this was for my daughters play room. I took photos so you can see the size.

Arrived early and well packaged. Product requires a screwdriver to assemble and is a lot of screwing right into the mdf wood. Colour is vibrant but screws (gold) show post construction. They do provide cheap stickers to hide the screws but they make the unit look cheap and they have poor adhesion. Sturdy right now but if it ever moves around, it will become less sturdy. Overall I give it a 3 because it looks nice but the construction is not the greatest and the price feels high for the quality.
