French Toast Girls’ Plaid Two-Tab Scooter Skirt

I have been buying this brand and style for my daughter since she started school (she’s 11) and I have never once had one wear out before she outgrew it. Well made, iron-free and stain resistant. She’s always comfortable in it too. This sizing was a bit hard to figure out which may be why it was a but too large on her. But with the elastic adjustability we could use them anyway (some sizes haven’t been available anywhere).

My 10 yr old daughter hates pants. Even though she’s now homeschooled she practically lives in school uniform skirts with the built-in shorts. I got her this skirt in gray so she could use it as part of a Hogwarts uniform. She loves it so much I decided to get it in other colors. It washes well and looks great – no need to iron. I originally purchased a 12 because there are adjustable tabs and I wanted a longer length and to extend the wearing time. I’ve since purchased so 10s as well and the length is not much different but they do not require the waist to be adjusted into a gathered bunch in the back. She’s a picky kid about textures of fabrics, seams, and such so the fact that she likes this skirt says a lot about its’ thought out construction and quality. Also a great price.

I bought this skirt for my daughter for a school event. I love that there are shorts underneath the skirt. She is tall and super skinny and it fit her perfectly! We have washed it and dried it in a dryer and it didn’t shrink or wrinkle at all. Being a child that doesn’t really care for skirts, she loves this one!
