Screen can get a bit pixalated, there is no battery inside of it (is advertised with battery). I CAN hook up an external battery through the charge port, at the expense of roughly half the brightness. I grabbed it for movie/tv nights when travelling, or visitong friends whom don’t have tv’s. It’s not super duper, but it works well for what I wanted it for. I’ve also loaded it with karaoke songs, will a sound brick plugged into it, makes for a funish evening. For the price, decent. Upset about that battery though, thought it came with one.
After using it for a few days at night, its great for cartoons :). Enjoying watching movies on my ceiling :). Would buy again, for travelling.

USB & HDMI ports only work on this device. The SD card does not. The device is also quite noisy and needs higher volume to override the fan noise. The device does not work unless plugged into a mains or portable power supply. The in-built battery does not work independently charged or not charged. Otherwise, good device, good projection and useful for use in a small space. The manufacturer claim that the device can replace large screen TVs is an overstatement and misleading.

I like it this video is in day and on my ceiling the audio is from the projector. The photo is the projector with controller and my comcast remote in between also note I’m not on a phone or laptop this is the wire from my tv to my cable box I put into the projector

I knew it wasn’t to be great quality … but it was less than expected so I returned it
I bought it first for my room to project on the seilling but that gave me headache and I don’t have free wall in my room so no use for it now

Picture quality isn’t all that great at all.. Plugged it in to my PlayStation and tried using Netflix and sound only works sometimes.. barely. Even tried plugging it in to a different speaker and still no sound.

Fonctionne tres bien mais la qualité de l’image n’est pas exceptionnel. Idéal pour les cinemas dehors . Pour le prix je suis tres satisfait.

I really don’t get why people knock this thing so much lol. Let’s be real- it’s a digital projector for less than $50. I can use it as a spare T.V for the sleeping area or while camping. Yeah, it’s about the quality of an old school tv- but you can blow it up fairly big as long as it’s dark- and you can use a usb flash drive to load up movies. The only thing I’m bummed about is that there’s no battery, but given the price of this thing is near that of a power brick it’s excepted.

Well folks, I would hope that most people buying an $80 projector would be aware that you’re not getting top-of-the-line here. Every review I checked prior to getting this was along the lines of “Good for the price” – and I agree. So far I’ve just used it for video (Chromecast, have had zero issues) – I’m waiting on a wireless sensor bar before I hook my Wii to it and try gaming. Video is alright. It’s not HD, but again… $80. It works, you can see what’s going on. You won’t see much in a brightly-lit room, but a room with the curtains closed in the daytime is fine. You can have low-light and be okay. I’m still figuring this out logistically with my living room, which has sheer curtains and a lot of natural light during the day, but in my bedroom with a heavier curtain and less direct sunlight, it’s fine. Easy to set up, easy to use, though the biggest issue I have so far is I haven’t been able to run it off the battery, even after charging. Speaker is surprisingly good, but I agree with the other comments that you’ll probably want to hook up different speakers to get a better sound quality. Set-up was dead easy.

I went this way because I actually need a TV for my living room but I’m presently broke/spending money on other things. A functional entertainment system that creates a 60+ inch screen for less than $100 is just what the doctor ordered for me, even if I can’t see Chris Hemsworth’s pores with this set-up. If this experience continues to go well, I might invest in a more expensive/higher quality projector later on.

Def NOT HD or 1080, pixels are the size of pinky nails, if you’re trying to read subtitles forget about it! Without a screen cloth it looks greyish on the wall. It doesn’t look as bright as this picture. (This is my iPhone 11 auto night mode)

It’s cool, and it works very well for an $80 projector. Pretty neat. However, although yes you can connect a mobile device to it, you do need additional items (perhaps naive of me, but I thought it would have been Bluetooth/WiFi or something). You will need to purchase HDMI adapters for your specific mobile device so you can connect the HDMI cable between your device and the projector. Mine was about a $20 additional cost that needs to be factored in. Other then that “gotcha” it’s neat item. Nice and small, and projects well. The sturdiness of the unit was a nice surprise, not as fragile as I thought it was going to be.

I must say, this projector exceeds my expectations in every way!! It has great quality, it’s light and easy to use!!! But enough with words, I’ll let the video of the I took speak for itself. (The video is of what the projector is currently projecting.)
