I deliberated for ages as to whether this would be big enough to use for luggage for a four day long city break as I wanted something that I didn’t have to check in for the flight to cut down on time wasted in the airport once we arrived.

It was perfect! I managed to get in jeans, leggings, pyjamas, three tops, underwear, toiletries/make up, hair straighteners, a guidebook, an iPad and a Kindle and there was still room leftover. It was so light to carry, and easy too thanks to the long shoulder strap. The only negative, and it’s not a big one, is that I can’t refold it back into it’s pocket but it folds up small anyway so storing it isn’t a problem. The quality is very good, it’s unlined but the material is quite thick and strong and it looks much more expensive than it actually is.

Bought this for a beach bag, can honnestly say best bag I have bought for this purpose, you can fit loads inside and once done can fold up and put back into the travel pouch, doing that can be a bit tricky but gets there in the end. It’s also ideal for weekends away with pets, you can have a small case for you and the bag for your pet or the other way round, and not struggle carrying everything, fits over suitcase handles very well would 100% recommend

I purchased this duffel bag for when I travel because I have a tendency to over buy and I always need something when I am packing up at the end of the vacation to now put all the extras in. This will be quite handy as it folds up into a neat little package which takes up no room in the suitcase. Unfortunately I was unable to use it on this vacation as it was cancelled due to the pandemic so that is the reason I did not give it a 5 star on durability as I was not able to test its durability otherwise its perfect.

Bag unfolded into a good size lightweight 25L bag with one large zip, a small outside zip which would hold a passport and two handles long enough to put up on shoulder if bag is not too full, I have not tried to refold the bag as I have begun to pack the items I wish to take on board the plane with me ie my knitting. I ordered the bag in colour wine, as I felt it was a unisex colour and my husband wouldn’t feel embarrassed if he had to carry it, the material, although very thin seems strong and feels shower proof. There is only one large internal compartment, I feel it would be a lot more useful if divide into two and a clip to attach to a handbag when folded would be useful, but just my opinion. Overall a very useful folding travel bag.

So I’m on day 5 of a 21 day trip with this bag as my “personal item” that goes underneath the plane seat. So, let me preface this by saying that it is not overstuffed, it is not overweight — it needs to fit under the airplane seat and so I packed it light to fit. (Be warned, this bag will not fit under the aisle seats on Air Transat. Learned that too.) On day 1,the luggage handle pocket ripped open. One side completely detached and so the zipper to the pocket was gone too. This makes two main functions of the bag absolutely useless, because now I can’t loop it over my suitcase and I can’t fold it neatly into its own little pocket. But, I sewed the side of the pocket back onto the bag, figuring it was still useful this way. Well, today the handle of the bag ripped too. It’s still attached, but not for long. So in short, this bag is rubbish for travel. Just rubbish. It’s a waste of money I can’t get back and now I also have to purchase another bag while I’m abroad because there’s no way this one will make it through the next 4 trains/planes.
