Can’t use it to pay for purchases, not Canadian friendly for that feature. You can get cool clock faces to change things up. Would like to be able to get cooler replacement bands for it though.

The watch in general is nice, for the most part it’s confortable, accurate and nice looking. However, it has a lot of issues. It sometimes feels like it’s burning my wrist and it’s not because of it heat up or sweat getting trapped between the watch and the skin. It feels like a chemical burn.
The other issue is the poor responsiveness of the screen. I have to swipe lots of times for the swipe to register. When you touch the screen it doesn’t wake the watch. Sometimes it feels like it’s frozen but after 10-20 seconds it usually unfreezes.
The haptic button works really poorly too.
I switched from a Vivoactive 4s. Garmin’s app is much nicer, it has more data, more options and everything is free.

I have been using this for 2 months now and I haven’t had any issues with my watch so far.
    1) Price: I have to say Fitbit is way cheaper than its rivals and every penny you spend on this is totally worth it.
    2) Excellent Battery backup: My Fitbit easily lasts up to 5 days on average and it takes less than an hour to be fully charged.
    3) Accuracy: The step count and sleep cycles are fairly useful and they look pretty efficient to me but I think the Apple watch is more accurate as compared to a Fitbit
    4) NFC works seamlessly
    5) The Phone app is also very neat and easy to use.
    6) Extremely Lightweight and the strap is very smooth and doesn’t irritate the skin unlike some of the previous Fitbit models (I had previously used Fitbit Versa Lite)

    1) It’s very difficult to disable the water lock on my watch and I had to restart my watch to finally disable the water lock. There could be some issues with the water lock from what I read online.

I bought the watch for myself as a Christmas gift. It has been more than a week since I started to use it.

    a) I had to turn off-turn on the device twice in less than a week. Once, it did not show any text on the screen; in another case, it did not connect to the phone. Not a good impression for a recently bought electronic device.

    b) The Fitbit software on my phone is not user friendly. I suppose they wanted to create a health monitoring environment with other Fitbit devices, but I only use the watch, so I need to get access to the watch’s details. I did not know that in advance. It was frustrating, and I had to spend an hour understanding the app.

    c) The market place for clocks is not wide. You have limited options, and I wouldn’t say I liked the existing interfaces.

    d) The SpO2 measurement only happens when you sleep, and the device shows you an average. You cannot see it in real-time, or the measurements during the night.

    e) I like the Alexa app on the wrist. It makes it easy to control the Alexa in my house.

Accuracy is horrid. It does not accurately count steps if you are holding something in that hand, i.e. shopping trolley or the hand rails on a treadmill. I got used to that with my other FitBits. Just wear it on your ankle for those activities. BUT this is a new LOW. This model tracks steps – then they just disappear. And don’t tell me about an update. I am running the latest software. And it had happened twice.

What’s the point? Pushing yourself to achieve your goal then having it just disappear. Yes, I know I did the steps, but if I don’t re-do them then my goals and number are screwed for the whole week. And there is no way of manually logging them back.

If accuracy and reliability mean anything to you this is NOT the product for you.

The mobile app is ok. Obviously, I love my badges and stars. Unless you take them away from me. Then I’m fightin’ mad.

The sleep tracker is so-so. If you have concerns about your sleep this definitely is not an accurate measure of that either.

My husband bought one of the watches a while ago and has raved about it ever since! So I decided to join him in modern technology! I am quite impressed so far although I don’t find a lot of the stuff on it to be of much use to me personally – none the less, interesting. I would describe the watch as good but not terribly accurate if I was to nitpick – an athlete might find it more useful for certain applications – for a cheapish everyday watch it’s interesting. My main gripe is having to charge it up every few days even though it doesn’t take long, although I appreciate that a normal battery powered watch is a different animal using less power. Have replaced the cheap and nasty plastic strap so it looks better – but if you go running the plastic strap would be more suitable! Can’t win! I might grow to love it but in the meantime I won’t dispose of my “best” watch lol!

Hate the operating system, not user friendly at all. Returned it and bought a Garmin. The tiny tiny tiny button is impossible to press.

I upgraded from a Charge 2 to the Versa 3. I love this watch! It is so much more comfortable than my previous watch. I found the that watch face of the Charge 2 dug into my skin because the back of the watch wasn’t flat. The back of the Versa 3 is flat and is super comfortable. The only complaint is the wristband which I find can irritate my skin after a few days (no different that any other Fitbit watch. I have purchased a leather strap, that should arrive in the next couple of day which I know will solve the problem).
The battery life is wonderful and I love the new charger. With the Charge 2 I was constantly checking the connection to make sure that it was charging properly. With the magnet with the Versa 3, I know that it is charging right away.
The functionality of this watch is great. It was an easy set up with my Fitbit app.
I was a little concerned about the size of the watch because I have a very small wrist. It fits perfectly. I know that some people have complained about the button function but I have had no issues with it. It took some getting used to but once I found the spot to press it works every time.
I also love that this watch is water resistant. While I haven’t tried swimming with it on yet, I love that I no longer have to take off my watch while washing the dishes or cleaning the bathroom for fear of getting my Fitbit wet (which I had to do with the Charge 2). Overall, I highly recommend this watch.

Great product BUT, no ability to store offline music on device except with Deezer and some other streaming service I’ve never heard of before. Previous fitbit models allowed you to store mp3’s directly on the device, but that functionality has been removed. It would be nice if Fitbit at least supported offline storage for Spotify, the largest music streaming service. As of now all you can do is control spotify on your phone with the fitbit.

The lack of offline music storage makes the gps they’ve added redundant, as I wouldn’t want to work out without the ability to listen to music, so now I have to bring my phone with me which is what I wanted to avoid.
If Fitbit fixes the music issue this would be a good product.

The sleep tracking is good but overestimates time spent asleep. The fitness tracking overestimates your floors and steps. So both sleep and fitness tracking have high sensitivity but lack specificity.

If you don’t intend to pay for features this watch not for you . Doesn’t do anymore more then a basic $50 healthier tracker Fir the money you pay shouldn’t have to pay monthly for more in depth health and fitness tracking

Is love the sleep tracking part, it helps me understand why I feel so tired during the day, I bought the Fitbit to embarrass myself at how much excercise I don’t do, I look at it and think oh I havnt walked enough I should go for a walk! And it really has helped.

Wish it would track where I walked I am happy to enable it to track me all day every day. But i cannot get it to track me GPS when I’m just walking I can only do it when I click start excercise which I don’t do I just want to see at the end where I wound up I don’t plan on excersizing I just go as and when I feel like it at the time.
