I had a motorcycle stolen out of a “secure” parking garage basement…my “luxury” city apartments. Apparently only one camera works and it appears that my motorcycle disappeared into thin air. Detectives are a joke. Can’t get a report. I replaced my bike and bought this for extra measure and I’m so glad I did. They tried to steal my new one in the same week. This alarm is so sensitive and so loud. They gave up fast but did manage to do slight damage but I can fix it. I highly recommend this for extra protection! It is truly VERY VERY LOUD. I live on the 6th floor heard it. THANK YOU!!

Ok, this thing works, the alarm is reasonably loud but not so loud as to be annoying, or truly ear piercing. But if you are like me and use this to secure your bike next to your house (my garage is too full of stuff), then you need to know how ridiculously sensitive it is. If the wind blows, the alarm sounds. If it rains, the alarm sounds. If you were do drop a small rock anywhere near the bike, the alarm sounds. I’ve had to stop using it so my wife and I can get a good nights sleep. Surely if someone is going to steal your bike, they are going to do LOT more to set off the alarm than wind or rain. It should have a sensitivity adjustment. If it had this, I would recommend this product but in my experience it is entirely too sensitive to use, and it’s sensitivity and frequent false alarms make me not even trust that the alarm means anything (other than that the wind is blowing).

Es una lástima que me llegara SIN LAS Llaves ya que es un excelente candado para moto, bastante sólido, elegante, cable recordatorio llamativo, bolsa negra pequeña para guardar y funcional. Lamentablemente no lo pude utilizar ya que si lo utilizaba ya no podría quitarlo 🙁
