I received my tangine quickly and have always had faith in Emile Henri products. While gently warming milk in the tangine which is part of the initial prep process it split rapidly and the milk spilled spilled out. I was devastated.
I simply can’t recommend this product. I have both prepared and cooked in a tangine before and never had any issues. So disappointed.

This tagine is beautiful to cook with. I used it directly on my gas hob and there were no hot spots while I was cooking my tagine chicken. The base was lovely to serve from and it washed up perfectly. It not only cooks well but it looks stunning as well.

Diese Tajine zaubert wirklich im nu ein tolles Essen! Das Fleisch wird äußerst zart und das Gemüse behält seine Bissfestigkeit! Ich bin sehr begeistert und hätte nicht gedacht das es so lecker schmeckt! Im schnellgang ohne viel Aufwand ein Menü gekocht was sehr gesund ist und die Fantasie beim kochen kennt keine Grenzen!
Per DHL geliefert und die Tanjine war ausreichen gesichert verpackt!

Ich hatte diese Tajine schon mehrer Jahre in Gebrauch. Leider ist sie mir kaputt gegangen. Die normalen Tajines aus Marokko kann man nur auf Gas oder im Backofen verwenden. Besonders schön an in der Tajine zubereiteten Gerichten, ist das Garen mit langer Garzeit bei niederer Temperatur. Der Dampf kondensiert im Deckel und die Flüssigkeit ist wieder in dem Gericht. Zu dem Verkäufer möchte ich sagen, daß er die Tajine in einer hervorragenden Verpackung verschickt hat. Leider nicht üblich.***** Bei einem anderen Käufer kam die Tajine kaputt an wegen mangelhafter Verpackung.

Lid is faulty and does not fit the base. Reported to seller and who provided return labels. Although Amazon Prime member and returns should be free, the post office said it would cost me over £50 to return!! Please help me!

Bon produit par contre après chaque utilisation sur le couvercle des petits points blanc ressemblant à des petites fissure apparaissent mais elle disparaissent un peu une fois mouillée avec de l’eau lors du lavage je ne sais ps si c’est normal pourtant je l’utilise Sur un feu très doux!! Sinon le tajine a l’aire solide.
