Only issue is took him some time to figure out how to put them on himself. And I recommend buy one size up.. which is what I’ll do next year. Good boot!

Perfect fit and honestly very good quality for the price, but they are a struggle for a toddler to put on by themselves. I have a 4 year old who typically puts on their own shoes, but these were just too tight around the ankles. They worked for the winter season and were waterproof, but again not easy getting them on.

I loved the boot. Nicely isolated. I ordered the correct size, however, due to the insolation, they were too tight. I returned them and reordered a size larger.

My daughter is currently size 8. Size 9 was the smallest I could order and figured she would grow into them. They are really big on her. But there is a lot of padding. And I love them so much I can’t return them !

These are not great quality, they feel flimsy and unsupportive around the ankles and calves. They didn’t feel as though they’d be warm at all, so we returned them.

Only went with these boots because of the colour. Matched my daughters snow suit. Got wrong boots…..plus super tight all over. Feels cheap too.

I bought 2 pair of these for my 3 and 6 year olds. These boots feel so cheap. The outer material feels like thick paper or cheap plastic – very odd. They are also very hard to get on. In fact, I never did get them on my 3 year old because the boot is too flimsy – there is no structure – so when he tries to push his foot in, the boot just gives. And the ankle opening isn’t wide enough and doesn’t expand very much. Just please save your money. I ended up returning these and ordering their boots at Target for the same cost – HUGE difference. Much better quality for the same price.

UPDATE…since my daughter loves these boots so much I didn’t return them or ask for a replacement, just figured we would deal with the broken toggle. Shortly after writing this review I received an email from the company offering to replace her boots free of charge! About a week later the new boots arrived…the new boots did not have a toggle, just regular laces that were so much easier to tighten than the first pair that I bought! So, thank you so much to Topshoes for going above and beyond in reaching out and making this right! That kind of customer service is rare anymore! I will update with a picture of the replacement boots in the morning.
ORIGINAL REVIEW…These boots are ok. My daughter likes them as they are pretty. She doesn’t complain about how they fit or not keeping her feet warm. But as the mom I have two complaints. First, they are crinkly! They outside part makes a crinkly sound. Just a minor annoyance. But, again, doesn’t bother her so nothing major. However, my big complaint is that they are so stiff that it is impossible to tighten them. They don’t tie up, just the sliding toggle that you can see in pictures. Second time wearing them and I broke one trying to get her boot tight enough that snow wouldn’t get in while she was sled riding. My opinion would be to spend your money on different boots.

Had high hopes despite the reviews of tight fitting around ankles and shotty draw string because ive been pleasantly surprised many times. HOWEVER, not the case with this order unfortunately. The tongue of the boot can not lay flat against the leg for comfort, the fabric of the boot is very flimsy/no support, tight fitting around ankle. The boot sizing was pretty accurate so there is one plus. I would pass this product in my opinion.
