I was disappointed when I received the chairs because they were so small. That is on me; I should have paid closer attention to the measurements. They were difficult to assemble – nothing lined up. They have not held up, even with periodic tightening they are wobbly and feel very insecure. I am replacing them and have not even had them 6 months. I understand they were cheap – maybe I should not have been surprised at the quality. They might be ok for “staging’ a home, but not to actually use.

The chairs overall look nice after finally getting them together. However the parts did not line up on 3 of the 4 chairs so I had to do a little DIY modifying to make them line up. Also on 2 of them I’m missing 2 of the feet that go into the bottom. So I had to modify that as well to make sure they are level. As someone who works hard for my money. It’s ridiculous buying a new product and having to fix it right out of the box. Not to mention the legs on a few of them the paint was rubbed off. The only reason I’m giving it 2 stars is because after fixing it all myself, the chairs are solid and look nice. But the quality right out of the box I was highly disappointed in.

These chairs are super small. I added a picture comparing it to a regular chair. It was a pain in the ass to assemble them and they were very cheap so I won’t return them. But they will be replaced before long

These chairs are beautiful! I loved how the necessary bolts and washers were grouped and packaged for each chair (along with 2 extra bolts and washers) to insure that you had what you needed from start to finish. While the illustrated instructions were very easy to follow, the diagrams could be larger (suggestion: larger chair constructions diagrams on one side, product inventory charts on the other-it’ll still be one page). It took my neighbor about 20 minutes to put together one chair with NO problems lining up the bolts to the predrilled holes (the Allen key that came with each chair fit the bolts perfectly). This is an honest review from the heart about the product. I highly recommend it not only for the price, but for the way the parts were beautifully packaged during shipping.

I ordered these chairs thinking that they would like nice, and be a simple solution to chairs that I’ve owned for years that just fell apart. There are so many issues with these that it’s hard to explain them all.
They LOOK nice. But inside is a horrible mess. The screws weren’t long enough to use with the included washers. The holes are misaligned in the back so at least two of them don’t have a second screw to support them. They consistently loosen throughout the day, becoming wobbly and therefore unsafe. I have a very active child that does therapy at the table and these chairs were a hazard. The velcro cover on the bottom of one ripped as I was taking it off to tighten the screws AGAIN.
The seller didn’t respond to my email, instead they just shipped another package of the original screws that came with the chairs. Overall, these were very disappointing and in the end, I called Amazon and they refunded my money. I searched for chairs I can touch, see and sit in before buying now because I just can’t fathom getting something online again.
