My 15 month old is really tall for her age (97th %) and is still a little too small for this desk. She hasn’t quite figured out how to sit down and stand up off of it by herself. I know it is meant for bigger kids, so it will definitely last for several years, and she does like to sit in it while closely supervised. I can picture her at 5 or 6 years old doing homework at this desk. The reason I gave this four stars instead of five is because the front part of the seat should be rounded or something to be more comfortable. It is a hard edge that is uncomfortable on the backs of her legs so she sits with her legs scrunched up. I sort of fixed it with some layers of patterned duct tape, but it is a design flaw. It is very easy to put together and seems pretty sturdy. Overall, great product for a surprisingly reasonable price, just wish it was more comfy.

I would love to find something like this in actual wood, but I’d probably have the find a woodworker for that.
This is a fairly sturdy little desk once the parts are all together. My two year old is enjoying having a place to sit and color, and she loves to put her stickers all over (which is why I got the plain desk) to decorate it. This may not survive my child’s acrobatics, but for normal use, I think it will last a few years.
The only thing I don’t like is the storage drawer slips out the back of the desk because the back of the desk ends at the seat. Every time my child sits, she puts her feet on the ledge of the drawer and that pushes the fabric bin out the back of the desk.

Summary: Honestly not worth more than $25. Shoddy workmanship for how expensive it is ($40+). Screw holes DO NOT line up making everything uneven and not resting flush. I got the white color and the pieces have little chips out of them, which is incredibly noticeable on the white! The assembly instructions SUCK. They include several steps at once and you have to troubleshoot which part comes first. I’m pretty handy, so I was able to figure it out, but some people need step by step instructions for success.
I got this for my daughter immediately after her daycare got one as well for the other toddlers. I thought her dark brown one was the perfect height for them and just overall adorable. I honestly don’t recommend it!
I included photos of 3 areas: one where it arrived fresh out of the box damaged and one of the seat portion where if you look closely, you can see the gap between the slats is uneven because the screw holes were totally misaligned. Lastly, the areas around the drilled holes were damaged on arrival. No care was taken at all in sending a quality product out.

This is a cute little desk, my grandson age sixteen put it together for his little sister age two. It took him a couple hours to build it and it’s something that she enjoys.
The seller’s were great and the item arrived as described.
The only con for me is it’s size which is really big. I should have taken that seriously because it’s way too big for my small condo and doesn’t fold up to put away. I’ve placed it on my patio for now.
I think any preschool would love these little desk chairs because I’m certain it can be used for kids up to kindergarten age, maybe even those kids too. It’s a good place to study or eat a meal or snack. If you have a large enough space for them to stay up, I think they’re a great idea for this propose.
I wish my living room was larger than the 12×12 size I have now and my furniture takes up the room and this little chair is used throughout the day by my granddaughter so it’s sad that I had to move it outside. I’m worried about the weather destroying it. I’ll probably find a place inside a closet to move it in and out when my granddaughter is with me everyday.
Oh and I do make a request that they’re made with a cut out to put your hands in at the back of the chair to lift it up and not have to drag it by the edge. There’s no place to grab onto it, and I can’t leave it in one place so it makes it really hard to move and it creaks when I do because it’s really heavy once it’s set up. A simple 2×4 routers cut out would allow me to slip my fingers in and lift it with my hand and if it had this I would rate it five stars. Thumb👍‘S

If you buy this you will want to faint when you see all the pieces to assemble. However, it really wasn’t hard to put together and I am exceptionally pleased with the quality of this child’s stool. It took me and my husband about 30 minutes to assemble and we made it date night/drink a glass of wine project. It is fairly heavy so won’t get easily tipped over. I bought it to customize for my granddaughter as the photo shows. This product just seems to beg for cute paint. Very happy with purchase.
