I’ve been using the computer for about 2 weeks now and I’m very happy.
Setup was a breeze. I uninstalled the bloatware I don’t use or need. The computer is very fast and perfect for my needs. The keyboard and mouse are disappointing … rather cheap. Luckily I already have a wireless keyboard and mouse that I can use instead.

I have had the computer for a month or so and so far so good. The large screen is awesome and the touch screen makes it easy to enlarge small print. Setup was a piece of cake.

After getting it all set up..I started having problems downloading updates, pages “crashing,” screen “freezing”, etc. I worked 2 hours 12/18/20 with a tech and thought we had it fixed, BUT encountered some of same issues last night and this morning. Sent email replay to the email received after the tech session yesterday, waiting for a response. I really like a lot of things about the computer, but cannot abide these continuing problems. Thinking abour returning and replacing with a Lenovo or Acer of comparable qualities.
I struggled to decide when my wife wanted to go to an “all-in-one” computer. My daughter is a big Dell fan, and I reviewed a lot of similar products and decided to give this a chance based on the reviews of other similar but smaller Dell all-in-ones.
I had read, and it was true, that a key to a happy setup is to FIRST take the “dongle” out from inside the included “mouse”! It “drives/enables/works” the keyboard TOO! The voice assistant zipped me through getting it started quickly.
I love the screen size, simplicy of the new look—no more cables! Easily “accepted” my HP printer, wireless network and after making some minor adjustments of a personal nature…VOILA! It was done. I have since transferred all my files from an external hard drive and enjoying the new setup
HIGHLY RECOMMEND AND…A GREAT PRICE! others I looked (and in fact ordered first but caught myself and cancelled) other all-in-one by HP Pavillon that was about $1500. Three days after I bought this for about $1000, I checked something, ran across it at a new even lower price of about $900+—called Amazon but they don’t “price match”—phooey !

The caplock and the number lock light goes off to fast. No way to tell if it is still on or off.

1). screen is so sharp
2). Keyboard, mouse matches the computer overall color scheme so nicely
3). the fan is nice and quite
4). Touch screen works great too.
5). speakers are perfectly fine too
6). doesn’t take much room and setup is so easy. no need to assemble anything…
7). the computer has Hard drive for OS + for data – awesome
Key reminders:
Mouse:
Open the mouse top cover to get the wireless/USB adapter – plug that into USB port (back of your computer screen), ensure you turn the mouse on – key is on bottom of the mouse
Keyboard:
Ensure you turn the keyboard on (right hand side – there is a small notch)
DELL – THANK YOU so much. great computer

Don’t bother. Phone and online support is abysmal. Setup is buggy, links broken on their support site. Sold me “Dell Migrate” to bring old data over from my laptop then find out it only works with an old Dell. Customer support is typically not us based. Transferred 10 times, disconnected twice. OH and you can’t get support until you go online and do an “ownership transfer” from Amazon – which isn’t part of your set process automatically. really? Shame on you Dell.
