Perfect for “chunky” tootsies. My toddler has a very wide foot and high arch. These boots are fabulous! Keep her feet dry! I know they must be very ccomfortable, as my little girl is constantly putting them on inside the house. She loves these boots, and would definitely sleep in them if I let her! Easy on and off. Great product!

I bought two pairs – one size 12 and one size 6.
The size 12 is great and is for my 3 year old son. We had a pair last summer and he wore them everyday and loved them. Easy for him to put on and take off by himself. Roomy and comfortable. Never had any longevity issues – we will see how this pair holds up.
The size 6, not so much. My son is 14 months and is tall and slim. Similar to other reviewers, the calves are so tight. He has lots of room in the toe so sizing up would be a problem for an early walker. It’s really too bad because these are so light and wide compared to traditional rubber rain boots.
I took a star off because I think these are overpriced for what you get (not Amazon’s fault) and because they are more suitable for older kids.

Nice little rain boots, light weight. I order these boots because they looked nice and wide to fit chubby little feet with high upper arches. The foot part fits very well BUT I had to cut along the seam in order for the upper part of the boot to fit the chubby little lower leg.

For the price, was expecting a more rubbery, higher quality material texture but it appears well made. Does not appear to be any obvious design flaws like too narrow of a foot or areas that rub. Time will tell how it holds up to a toddlers rigorous use! Updated product review to 5 star. While the material was initially offputting this boot does its job, is easy to get on and off and has great traction!

I bought Crocs because I know they are roomier than most but Now I know to order a size up for my child. He is on the larger size for 2 year olds.. Most people think he is 4 or 5 years old. Boots are great

Lightweight, durable, good traction, easy to get on and super cute to boot! We are on our second pair, and the first show no signs of wear despite regular use. My 19 month old son is thin but has wide feet and the neck seems narrower than other brands but sizing up works for us, and he has no trouble running despite a bit of extra length in the toe. I ordered the cerulean blue to match his coat but they are different than the photo, more like the sea blue colour. Still cute and it’s raining today so I will keep them anyway.

I bought these for my toddler who was starting at a forest school nursery. After half a term I can definitely say that these are amazing wellies.
They’re nice and light which is ideal when they’re being worn all day every day, my son actually asks to wear them instead of his expensive trainers just for every day wear.
The handles are great for promoting independence, he can get them on and off by himself.
Probably my favourite thing about them though is that they’re easy to clean! They’re the same material inside and out, so when he’s literally been rolling around in mud (that he inexplicably gets inside the wellies every single time) the wellies just need a quick rinse and they’re dry by the morning for round 2.
I’ll definitely be buying more when his feet go up another size.

I bought a size 3 for my Step-Son who is normally a size 2 in shoes. The wellies were a bit of a struggle to get on, but the real issue came when we tried to get them on. Luckily he was just trying them on at home. We tried everything and couldn’t get them off his feet. At one point, he was holding on to the stair bannisters whilst all the family took it in turns to try and get them off his feet. We actually thought we were going to have to cut the wellies off him at one point! After over a few hours of trying, we managed to get the wellies off by rolling them down. On the plus side, they looked good (hence giving two stars) but I think you would need to go up at least two sizes!

Boots are great and don’t think we will have the cracking problem like we had with the traditional rubber boots. Issue is it is REALLY hard to get the kids feet in and out of these boots as the opening is narrow. I have to really pull to get them off and the kids need to stomp to get them on. Can lead to some frustration (on both sides) so just beware.

Bought these wellies for my 18month old son. We had tried on quite a few wellies at Clarks and other shops but he really didn’t like any of them and was trying to get them off. Thought to give a try at these as he really liked his summer crocs. They are lightweight and they must be super comfy as once he tried them on he didn’t want to take them off and ended up roaming the house all day in his new wellies hahaha. They don’t have an inner lining which initially I thought it might be a drawback but it does make cleaning them much easier so ended up considering it as a plus. Deciding the size was a bit tricky. My little one was a UK size 6.5 so I decided to go for an 8 (thought that normally I would go for a 7 so that he can grow in them and went a size up from this based on the other reviews). This ended up being just right for us and I’m super happy with this purchase. Most probably will buy again next year.

I have purchased these boots before, and generally love them. Unfortunately for some reason the last pair I purchased warped with normal outdoor use and are not un-wearable. I have passed the return window, so unfortunately I can’t speak for service, but I am so sad these didn’t keep their shape as they are so pricy.

My goto are the Clarks wellies with a handle, but they’re sold out in my son’s size. Crocs were the only other brand I could find that had an integrated handle, super handy for carrying dirty wellies and for helping little ones be independent in pulling on their wellies when younger!
These are really lightweight, but I definitely recommend sizing up at least one, if not two sizes as they come up small and there is no lining so thick socks will be needed for colder weather. My son was measured as a kids size 7, we’ve had to buy a size 9 now to fit. The size 7 we originally bought was smaller than the Clarks size 5.5 pair he had.
