I want to clarify that this equipment will be used commercially and not domestic … the life time should be shorter than normal.
Before buying, I read hundreds or maybe thousands of reviews of the best-selling equipment on the market, comparing power, INTERNAL SIZE, functionality, durability, PRICE.

Price: $ 119.99. Good price compared to equipment with similar characteristics.
Easy to use, easy to wash, light to transport or move.
I have a Philips brand air fryer I bought it in 2016 and it still works like new, but I needed another one and the truth is, I was looking for a more economical and larger internally, if it lasts or yields enough I will buy more of this equipment for my business.
IMPORTANT TO KNOW: THE MOST COMMON NEGATIVE REVIEWS IS THAT
SMELL LIKE PLASTIC, FLAVOR LIKE PLASTIC, UNPLEASANT FLAVOR. HOW TO ELIMINATE THIS PROBLEM:
STEP 1 BE ENCOURAGED
STEP 2 BEFORE USING WITH FOOD FOR THE FIRST TIME, WASH THE EQUIPMENT THOROUGHLY
STEP 3 IN MY CASE I DID PREHEATING 10 TIMES, IN THAT TIME THE KITCHEN HAD A VERY STRONG PLASTIC ODOR AND IT WAS DISAPPEARING
STEP 4 WASH AGAIN
STEP 5 2 TIMES MORE PRE HEATING
STEP 6 USE WITHOUT PROBLEM.

If people are wondering what the difference is between this model and the previous one, the casing of this one is more square and less rounded on all sides. The air intake on the top is designed with a slightly more angled approach to seem to allow for better in-take. The more air you can get inside, the better it can “fry”.

This is the newer design model which has some minor visual changes but tech specs looks to be still the same.
I can’t vouch for the previous model performance but this one does what I was expecting it to do.
The heating element is quite large and the fan is quite fast so the “air fry” process is pretty effective.
Do follow the instructoins in the manual on how to “prep” the machine for first time use. Anyone that doesn’t do these steps risks having “smells” to their first batches of food. Remember that these machines are NOT made to order and have been sitting in a warehouse. You need to do a quick clean and prep.
Serving size is a bit optimistic depending on portions you eat. In order to really get the crisp on your cooking, you really cannot over crowd the basket. Optimum portions is no more than half the basket in height. That almost equates to 2-3 portions depending on what it is.
Dishwasher safe is a great bonus. Daily washes in sink and weekly deep cleans in dishwasher.
User interface is easy and straighforward.
This is not a ALL IN ONE machine. This is not a oven. It’s sole purpose is air frying so if that is what you are looking for, then this one should be on your short list.
If you are looking for multi purpose uses counter top oven, you are looking at the wrong product.

Teflon coating on both baskets FLAKED OFF after a few uses. It’s disappointing that for the price $$$ that happens. I followed instructions included with my purchase. I never used inner basket without a piece of parchment or silpat at the bottom. And, the COSORI label on the front panel RUBBED OFF??? It cooks great though.

I dont give full reviews until a few months to a year. Everything works for now however I have noticed some scratches and blemishes which makes me believe this may have been refurbished or something. Kind of disappointing considering this was supposed to be new. I will be back for an updated review.

I received my Cosori air fryer which was highly recommended to me by a friend and ordered the largest size and it came without the metal tray and when I called head office they advises me that if I had purchased the red or white (my friend bought the white) the metal tray would have been included I was then advised to purchase the accessory package for about $35.00 US – I don’t think that is good customer service to exclude that important accessory just because I purchased the black unit – very disappointed

I currently own a 3.7 qt digital airfryer and a 2 qt pressure cooker from Cosori. Happy with both. So when I decided I needed a little bigger basket and airfryer ovens are too much work for what I got out of them, I looked up Cosori’s larger version of my 3.7 qt. only to find this new reprogrammable unit. Reprogramming the bacon preset adding 2 minutes and a shake was a breeze – worked like a charm. You hear the unit’s fan but not so loud that it takes over the room. After cooking a pound of bacon, the unit wasn’t hot on the outside – could touch without burning my hands. Have also made a baked potato, FF, steak, sausage and hamburger. Presets seem to be right on for what I was cooking.
A word about Corosi’s customer service – I had a glitch with my new unit – factory quality control missed a defect. So, I called Cosori direct. One fellow took all my information and questions. In no time at all, I received an email requesting pertinent order info and a picture of the unit info on the bottom. Total time elapsed from my call ’til receiving the new unit – 4 days! From past experience, I know Cosori is a quality product (3 qt airfryer and pressure cooker). Now I know their customer service people are professional, pleasant and responsive to your concerns.

I kept seeing people posting on SM about Air Fryers and just thought what do I need with another small appliance that will just sit on my counter. After 2 friends recommended one, I gave in and decided to buy one. I did my research on them first as there are so many different brands out there but went with the Cosori because of the good reviews and also both friends went with this brand.
I am so glad I purchased this. This is only the second small appliance that I ever bought where my husband initially just rolled his eyes are me and he is now the biggest fan of this appliance. Probably even more so than me lol.
We have tried many different foods. I personally love my french fries but of course fast food fries are so bad for you because of the grease. This makes perfect, healthy fresh french fries from fresh potatoes so much better than fast food. I will never buy fast food fries again!!!
Hubby loves his chicken wings but likes the crispy aspect the most and were never able to get chicken wings crispy in the oven. This gem does all that work for you. Hubby even said he’ll never run out and get ‘fast food’ chicken wings when he has the craving as this machine makes them perfectly. You get the crispness you want but the air fryer keeps the meat deliciously moist.
We’ve done many frozen foods as well. Hubby also like his ‘potato patties’ which done in the air fryer makes them crisp while not drying them out as the oven does. I will be trying MANY recipes from the recipe book & don’t see any failures in my future with the step by step instructions.
I tried a small steak but didn’t like it but I used too much oil which caused the oil to overpower the taste of the meat. There is still nothing like a BBQ’d steak so I doubt I will be using this for steak but so far all other meats are tasty & moist.
We purchased the 5.8 quart because as I said hubby really likes his chicken wings and will make about 16 at a time.
I have friends who purchased the smaller model because there is only two of them in the house and it meets their needs. Hubby can eat alot (and keep his figure lol) so this larger size works for us.
This appliance has been used at least every 2nd day and will continue to be. I will be keeping my eye out for an even larger model from Cosori as I’d love to be able to cook a whole chicken in it. There are other brands out there that are bigger but I am so impressed with Cosori I will wait until they come out with a larger model. It will be perfect for summer when the temperatures are so high you don’t want to turn on your oven. Very little heat generated from the machine.
Thank you Cosori for such a quality product for imo a reasonable price. You have a fan for life!!!!

Nos encanta la forma en que cocina la comida. Nos gusta la comida que se puede cocinar rápido, que está crujiente, pero que necesita muy poco aceite para cocinarla. Cocina muy bien las hamburguesas, las verduras, el pollo, incluso el pájaro entero, y nunca está seco, siempre jugoso. Si registras tu producto cuando llega, Cosori te dará un año extra de garantía, incluso aquí en México.

This Pro version is amazing specially the added features like shake settings. The heat is more than the previous version and I love this product. It comes with a one year warranty but if you register your product online, you get another year warranty which is gonna be for two years.
You can cook pretty much everything in it. I strongly recommend this product.
Very easy to use, easy to wash and has a nice style.

Me encanta! , es fácil de usar, tiene muy buen tamaño la canasta, es mi primera freidora, me llegó ayer, un día antes de lo programado, muy bien empacada. El recetario me llegó solo en inglés. El ruido que hace es leve, nada molesto. Ya cocine camarones, papas fritas y unos muffins de avena y plátano, me ha gustado mucho.

This new Cosori is the same great performing air fryer as the old version. I notice that now there is a silicone bumper that the end of the inner basket rests on instead of flopping around. Problem is this part must have popped out duing cleaning. The outer basket now has a hole which is slightly elevated but will leak cooking juices in use, especially when shaking food up! THey should have made the bumper a part of the inner basket and now the outer basket which now leaks and poses a hazard. Otherwise this air fryer is really the best. Trying to get a hold of Cosori customer support to see if a replacement silicone bumper can be obtained.
Update:. Cosori customer support is excellent! Should be getting the missing part soon. Be careful not to lose this part!!!
