This table is perfect for working from home. I recently had an accident and have to keep my leg elevated. The only slight negative is the legs are a little high, but sitting on a cushion solved the problem. Excellent service delivered the next day.

Well built table and pretty good quality for its price. A couple suggestions I have is to add a small hole at the bottom of the phone holder so you can charge while using it and if possible, find a way to make the height adjustable because it can be a little high depending on where and how it’s used.
All in all though I really like it.

This was exactly what I wanted, it is more expensive than a lot of the other folding desks on Amazon but it is well worth the price. It feels of very good quality, the details and features are well thought out and reflect the price. I use it for eating, gaming, homework on my bed, on the floor. I am 5’2 and it is not too tall for me when I am sitting with my legs straight, and not too short when I want to cross my legs under the table. The book stand it comes with slides under the desk when not in use, which I love. I thought it would be flimsy but it holds my science textbook with ease. The finish of the desk I’m not sure if it is scratchproof or not, but it has a very nice feel to it, there’s really nothing I would change about this product, I’m very impressed and I would recommend it to anyone who works or studies from home.

Wow this has to be my best buy this year. I sometimes have to spend long hours sitting with my legs up on the bed. I haven’t been able to use my laptop when this happens as I hate the touchpad and prefer to use a mouse which is nigh on impossible to do when your laptop is balancing on a pillow precariously placed on your belly and there’s no hard surface.

Being a big girl with hips and thighs that span several counties and a tummy that can be picked up on a space satellite I thought I wouldn’t find a laptop table for the bed that would fit my more than ample form beneath it.

After browsing through the tables a few days ago purely out of boredom, for the millionth time I spotted this one. I read the reviews and a sentence from one of them caught my eye. A gentleman commented that maybe the legs didn’t need to be quite as high! Straight away I thought “high legs may mean more room for big tummies” i looked up the measurements to find how wide apart the legs were then measured my hips and thighs while sitting. I suddenly thought “This might actually be the one for me” I took the plunge and ordered the table earlier this week.

It came ready assembled which was an immediate plus point for me. I opened the legs out, climbed on the bed and placed it over my legs. IT FIT! My legs, belly and everything else went under like a dream. My 17inch laptop fit comfortably with plenty of room for my mouse mat at the side. The table is sturdy and very well built and I consider the £29.99 I paid to be a complete bargain. I haven’t road tested the pull out drawer for mobile phone and holding a drink nor the book holder or tablet holder yet but I will in time.

I just love this table as you have probably already guessed and right now I cannot fault any aspect of it.

Overall, I really like the look and function of this table. One major flaw, however, is that the table top surface is VERY slippery and I have spilled food and drinks onto my bed quite a few times as I re-adjust in bed with the table over my legs. For that reason alone, I would not recommend using this table over the bed or couch for eating. That being said, the table is usable for work, if you don’t mind things sliding around when you move. It’s big enough to fit my microsoft surface tablet plus a notebook and pen for work. The table would be perfect if they some sort of non-slip surface onto the tray table top.

I’ve now used this “Cooper Mega Table [XXL Folding Laptop Desk] for Bed & Sofa” for roughly six weeks to give it a good run before reviewing. I bought this myself because I’m disabled and sometimes do work from bed or the sofa and have unique requirements that this table caters for.

    Pros:
It’s large! It’ll comfortably hold my Logitech G613 keyboard, which is a huge keyboard! And have loads of room for my mouse or a book or something. I’ve also used my Wacom Intuos 4 LARGE drawing tablet on it and still have room for a smaller keyboard or book and tablet.
It is really sturdy. There is no flex, no bounce. No cheapness feeling to it. It’s a hard plastic with aluminium legs.
The surface is very durable and not a laminate that will wear or fade.
The coffee drawer has saved me from spills countless times and is a great addition.
The tablet slot/book holder is fantastic for my unusually shaped Lenovo Yoga Tablet, and the phone holder is a nice touch too.
The foldout feet are super sturdy (aluminium).
The build quality overall is strong.
The bungee cord handle also keeps the drawer shut so you don’t lose what’s inside when travelling.

    Cons:
It’s large! The same pro of being large is also its con. It’s bulky and a little too wide for my Lay-Z-Boy reclining sofa. It fits, but only just. It also makes it cumbersome to travel with and carry.
It’s heavy. I have a bad back and lifting this monster from next to my bed onto it is a struggle. People in pain, disabled or elderly may struggle with it.
No height adjustment. It’s too tall for me. Sitting up in bed with it I find it’s too tall (I’m 5′ 10″ or 178cm) and uncomfortable unless I’m sat bolt upright. The same goes for the sofa, I have to jam the legs down the sides of the cushion to lower it. I plan to cut an inch off the legs and drill new holes for the hinge to fix this problem myself.
The coffee cup draw isn’t removable. When I lower it down to comfortable height by jamming the legs down the sides of my sofa cushions, my thigh/knee catches the coffee drawer underneath. It would be good if I could remove it under some circumstances and modifying it myself by lowering it will likely make this worse.
No lip to catch a runaway mouse. When in bed the table tilts toward me, which causes my mouse to slide into my lap. I have to move my mouse above my keyboard when typing so it doesn’t slide off. I don’t have this problem on the sofa though.
The bungee cord carry handle is uncomfortable to use for longer than a few minutes. Much like a supermarket carrier bag with lots of shopping, it starts cutting into your fingers/hand.

    Summary:
Fantastic table with some minor gripes that I’ll attempt to fix myself. If the manufacturer made the drawer removable and the legs height adjustable to keep it at a comfortable height and flat to prevent mouse runaway then I think this would be perfect. It could do with being more lightweight but that would take away its amazing rigidity and strength.

I needed something now that working from home is all the time. And with the kids, I need to be able to sit with them to keep them from climbing all over the table. This is great, they can even share it with me. The size is perfect for my laptop, cell, coffee and the little ones stuff. It is well made, easy to use. I can cross my legs under the table without hitting it. I can easily use an extra keyboard if needed. I can use my mouse! My little one even has been leaning on the slide out piece and it is study. I would highly recommend buying this one, worth the extra money 🙂

im so happy with this purchase, that’s exactly what i was looking for. i was looking for a table that i can move it easily from one room to other, downstairs to upstairs, sitting on chair or on floor… their is plenty of room as you see on the pictures, although my laptop is 13in, but i guess with bigger laptop you’ll get plenty of room as well. overall it’s an useful table. i use it for do my work job, homeworks, and my toddler can use it as well to draw or do puzzles on it. 👍👍

So with the whole COVID-19 taking hold I needed something that I could use to aid in home working. I decided to take the plunge and spend a bit more to receive something which I hoped would allow me to setup a temporary space to work. As I live in a studio I do not have the space for a main desk.

This folding table has its ups and downs – but unfortunately mainly downs:

    Pros:

    – large surface area allowing you to add your book, laptop (upto 17 inch screen)
    – Easy to fold up after use and tuck away
    – useful small drawer at side to place pens in if necessary

    Cons:
    – Not as study as what I thought. If you are trying to work on a non sturdy surface including a soft mattress, sort chair etc then this product probably isn’t going to help. When trying to work via my bed I found that my mouse couldn’t stay in one place as I lent on the desk to begin typing. I also found that the weight of the desk created some of the slant/lack of studiness

    – The slot to hold your phone in isn’t very effective. I found my phone kept falling forward with the slight bit of movement so it doesn’t really sit well. This, added to the point above made things worse.

    – The black version of the stand is very finger print prone

    – The book holder was difficult to get out from underneath the table, upon taking it out and using it with both legs at 90 degree angles it still wobbles slightly

    – The overall weight of the stand results in it being difficult to move around and adjust.

    – The cost is quite steep for what you get. (Almost £60!)

    – Nothing to enable you to charge your phone whilst phone is in the stand

    – No cup holder or solid surface to hold a cup. There is a cup picture on the inside of the drawer but it’s not stable enough to confidentially use.

Overall, the stand is average at best and probably too pricy for what you actually get. There’s a few things to it which needs improvement for it to be something that could replace your conventional desk.

I just received this desk, and after reading many reviews here, I’m not sure what many of the complaints are about!!

    PROS
Sturdy: legs, drawer, table top and book stand are all functional and are made with high quality materials

Durable: Desk top has 2 rubber corner covers, to protect from damage. Legs are sturdy, especially when being used – they don’t fold inward and stay in position.

Clearly the thing is a DESK and not a dinner table, so many complaints are based on dishes sliding around while eating in bed… well, no comment as I eat on an actual table. If someone does something silly like expecting a mattress to keep the table straight, it’s bound to fail.

Many complaints are based on the mistakes of the user, and not the product itself!

Also, the table top is very smooth and not “dimpled” as a reviewer mentioned. (See photos)

I’ve looked for and researched these tables for a while and I’m super picky about quality. This table has it all if you’re looking to do legit work and not for eating meals 🙂

I bought this wee tablet as illnesses have me bed bound and I wanted something practical I could use for occasionally eating from, but mainly something which I could prop up books to read from, as my hands/arms are full of inflammation, muscle tightness and nerve damage.

I’m a big man nowadays, and this table fits over me easily with decent room. The book stand can be pushed into set position or proped on its own. Only using lightweight books and no problems so far.

Yes there are cheaper alternatives on Amazon but I wanted to make a one time (touch wood) purchase. I’m more than pleased with all aspects of this table and my purchase.

I’d say also this would be a better alternative if you where in hospital, nursing home etc, as is lightweight, easy to clean, plenty of room for dinner plates.

You could use this sitting on a sofa/recliner, on the floor also.

The legs don’t collapse in on you. You’ve a cup/small tray holder (you need wee bit of pressure to pull/click in out, plus then in again). The same for book holder. I’ve only used for 18 days so can’t tell anybody how wear and tear effects the table.

Summary, well thought out and designed. Light and easily put up and down. Not very wide when closed so fits between my bed and bedside cabinet. Has a sturdiness I believe that will lend to lasting a long period of time (if you look after it).

Really happy. For what it’s purpose is it clicks all the buttons I wanted. I’d say also young children under 4, could use it for drawing on the floor, colouring in etc.

And we know from the description it’s easily fits a laptop use.

Buy if it’s the sort of thing you could use. Age range= all ages.

I bought the oak with silver legs and it looks smart and just use wipes to clean.

Well done the makers/designers. Thanking you. PSW

I LOVE this table so much. It’s perfectly sized for a laptop and a mouse pad. That’s exactly what I wanted. And it’s beautiful.
My ONLY complaint is that it’s a little too tall. Perfect for ME would be about 2-3 inches shorter. I could still keep my legs under it with that reduction. I have bad shoulders and sometimes need to sit on a pillow to use my laptop in bed. We like to game and sometimes spend hours playing and it’s for that reason I didnt give a perfect score for comfort.
BUT it has amazing ergonomic features and those definitely make it better because my old table hurt my forearms and wrists.
And another point, it’s not the tables fault I have bad shoulders. Lol. But it’s amazing.

The table is large, and does fit everything quite well. It also has a nice top which feels nice to write on (as long as you have a few sheets of paper underneath as the top is somewhat dimpled).

But the table also has a few design ‘flaws’, or issues which weren’t fully thought out.

    1. The table legs should be adjustable (height and spacing….by spacing I mean, the legs should move inwards or outwards so the table can be used in chairs or tighter spots).

    2. The legs should also have a tilt function. The back legs should move up a bit more, or the table top should be able to rise to allow for a tilted position for writing, etc.

    3. The book stand should include a clip to keep papers from sliding off. Perhaps even a book light attached at the top.

    4. There are two protrusions under the table top (right under the book stand) which should be covered to avoid banging your knees on them.

    5. Better packaging to avoid scratches and dents from shipping. My table came really badly scratched and banged up. For the price, I would have appreciated greater packing protection.

These were just a few initial design thoughts…take them or leave them. I don’t regret this purchase, but with these current issues and design flaws….I couldn’t recommend it to someone in good faith.
