This is my first time purchasing a hardside luggage. My priorities in buying a suitcase are it should be sturdy but lightweight, it should be expandable and it must look nice and modern. All of these were met, and the color orange is pretty. The 360 rotation wheels are a must too for quick and easy handling of my heavy stuff. I highly recommend this product, it delivers what it advertised.

My wife and I needing new luggage, decided on these hard sided ones. Delivery was quick. The colour is VERY nice, the wheels work like a charm, the pull handles are the right length. The insides are clean and the zippered side makes packing a bit easier. The carry on, fit nicely in the overhead of 4 planes. We did not need to use the expandable section, nor did we use the locks. They held up very well on our first trip consisting of 4 flights, and had no apparent scuff marks.
But we did notice a few things after using them that we did not think about: there is no way to identify them: no slot, no pouch… so you must supply some external identifier like a strap or belt; we have 2 of these… there also is no sleeve or pouch in the 2 larger cases to hold little odds and ends… the inside zippered divider is great to hold down items in one side, but the additional zippered mesh section in the divider is not very usable. Closing the two halves together and pulling the zippers makes you understand that the hard sided nature of the cases means taking a bit more care to have not over packed nor packed unevenly to facilitate closure.
None of these are show stoppers in our view.
Overall we like them a lot, and hope they endure future trips as well as the first one.

I ordered the Grey 24in bag for a last minute trip to Costa Rica. The suitcase looks great, is incredibly light, but very high quality and sturdy materials. The wheels are very smooth and the TSA lock is very convenient. After the first trip it looks like it has never been used. It has exceeded my expectations and if I did it over again, I would have ordered the set of 3 suitcases.

Color is great and should be easy to find on the carousel – also easy to spot If someone takes a fancy to it!
TSA locks appear very robust, but do stand proud and could be accident prone in the unfriendly luggage handling environment of todays modern Airports.

On our first air flight this bag had a corner dented in about 8 cm. Probably from a fall or hitting the conveyor. I think this type of plastic should take normal abuse.
EDIT:
I have been contacted several dimes directly by Coolife in HK who were genuinely concerned about my lack of satisfaction. In short order I received a new replacement suitcase.
GREAT response from a concerned manufacturer. One should buy this product with confidence.

Ordered these as travel bags for our two children (6 and 3). They are light weight, easy to roll (even for the kids…!) and durable. I can pack a lot of clothing in each bag. Each side is separated by a divider which has another zippered component. Arrived quickly!

I promptly received my luggage. It was well packaged and arrived in good condition. The suitcase is durable and sleek looking. It survived with ease it’s inaugural trip on which it was both checked in and used as carry on. They grey colour is perfectly understated. The built in lock system works wonderfully and eliminates the need for carrying a key. I would recommend this product for all uses.

Light and well made! Looks great and easy to use. Hope it will make traveling on trains easy with the 4 wheels. The silver is more medium grey. It’s fine. I am a little worried that the larger 28 “ will be too big for weight once filled for 50 lb max airline but it’s light so might be fine. Handy size if you only want to bring one suitcase for family of 4. Otherwise will probably use a 24” for each adult and 20” for each child for 3 week trip. Got a second 24” in orange. Nice orangey red. Kind of wish I went with that colour for all but not enough to return grey.
