Just loving this cable, as it’s so easy to move around corners. Tested it with my network kit and the cable performs as it should. You almost don’t notice the cable when it is put on a white baseboard.

I needed a good connection in the back bedroom of my dads bungalow, I had 52 meg at the router but couldn’t get more than 35-40 meg on Wifi even with extenders.
Being flat this cable was easy to run, under and around the edges of doors and carpets. I now get the full 52 Meg.

Great quality cable. I used it to run a connection from the modem i the front bedroom through the attic and down into the read bedroom. Also needed a 10m length cable which I already had (same brand) with a connector. Over that combined 25m length the signal is fast and perfect. My house isn’t that big, it’s just when you run a cable not in a straight line, you need quite a length. The cable is flat so can also be aid under the carpet – but what I did is much more challenging and fun.

I think this is pretty good. It does the job.
It can get a bit irritating when you have to roll it up, as it has to lie flat side to roll. Not easy.
Qood Quality, but my hubby said he would rather get the round cord as you have to lay it specific due to it being flat.
You have to be more careful so not to squash it when it turns up.

I bought this for just over $10, and it seems to be an amazing deal! The cables nearby businesses stock are priced at over $30, and they are not this long.
I’m a bit concerned about the sturdiness, because this cable is very thin and bendy. However, it has worked fine so far.
Performance wise it seems to be great, at least for general home use. I saw others mentioning that it doesnt reach the speeds they had expected, however I tested its speed with several USB3.0 network drive, as well as general internet speed tests, and compared it to several different Ethernet cables (taking averages for each), including a high quality one that was provided by my router manufacturer, and the difference was negligable. I have attached a photo of my notepad doc containing the stats i found. Keep in mind that I’m using an un-remarkable Flash drive, consumer Canadian internet, and a high quality but not top-of-the-line router.
Bottom line, this seems like a great option for an average consumer who needs a cheap and long ethernet cable. Take caution if you really need to max out the possible speed, though 🙂

I bought this cable to run ethernet from the main floor to the basement desk top since my son moved in the basement so that he can study there undisturbed.. I immediately noticed increased buffering while streaming, we were not about to connect to the internet, it doesn’t transmit signals very well. I checked out YouTube and found several unfavorable reviews about flat ethernet cable. The only favorable feature of flat cable is their ease of being stapled.
Update on July 23 it stopped working.

I needed to run ethernet cable from one end of my condo to the other. The thin flat shape of this cable made it easy to hide the cable between the floor and baseboard on the walls. Even in the few places where the cable needed to come into view, its white colour blended perfectly into the white colour of the baseboard. The cable works perfectly and the plugs are sturdy.
