This product was a little disappointing and did not work as well as hoped. However, it was “okay”. I find the chocolate began to set inside the funnel and thickened to the point it would not, or could not, bypass the plastic “stopper” and got stuck. This happened when I melted normal Cadbury chocolate (not tempered). I have since used tempered chocolate in this funnel which worked better but I am still not that struck on it. This would be good or a beginner or when cooking with children. It is very easy to clean. A bottle brush would be an idea to use as you can get right through the hole of the funnel. If not, you can push a Jay-Cloth through it.

When it arrived I wanted to send it back. It look cheap and did not think it would work. I tried it making home made chocolate and it worked very well.

My wife is the candy maker and relies on this dipping scoop to keep the candy coatings on the candy and not on her hands. Wilton makes some pretty good candy making products.

This is terrible. Shouldn’t be that difficult to get the hang of it and, still after many tries and messes everywhere. Don’t waste your money. Very flimsy gadget.

Arrived two days after ordering and well before estimated delivery date. Could have been much better packaged as the item was wrapped in a single layer of bubble wrap and placed in a plastic bag, labelled fragile but I was concerned that the item would be damaged.Thankfully arrived intact.
Tried the product today to make toffee bonbons and I was worried that the high temperature of the toffee might melt the funnel as there is no temperature range given. Worked perfectly with no mess and easy to operate singlehandedly. Fantastic product that will make life easier for every confectioner. Great price too. Wish I had bought this a long time ago.

I bought this funnel thinking it was meant for candy (lollipops and hard candies) but it turns out not to be heat-proof. I will keep it because it was inexpensive and I may find another use for it, but I wish the description had been clearer.

I was hoping the funnel at the end of the scoop would be smaller as the pictures on the packet shows the drizzles coming out nice and thin. Whereas, when I tried to do it, they were coming out pretty big so I guess I’ll have to use it for something else.

😘 I am hoping that this will help with the mess , that ends up burning and sticking/stinking , up the cupcake tin ⁉️ 🥞 Possibly stop the dripping of pancake mess ⁉️ 👍🏻 😉 👌🏻 I don’t like the extra clean up ⁉️ 😋 looks like a easy to clean tool , also looks like if someone wanted , it might be dishwasher friendly ⁉️ 🤗 😜 🤷🏼♀️ From : Charlene . 👱🏻♀️

This is a terrific tool for chocolate or icing if you are trying to get thicker concise drizzle over your treats. It give you a lot more control over where the drizzle ends up and is thicker then anything else that I’ve tried. Only problem is the bowl of it is quite small and need to refill often depending on what u are doing. Love it!

I expected something a bit more solid feeling, but I guess it was inexpensive enough and is functional. I wouldn’t order it again, though, and would opt for something of higher quality.

I bought this for my wife who enjoys candy making (I do the candy eating on occasion). She needed a tool to do the fine line drizzling on her chocolates and other candies to decorate them. A piping bag wouldn’t do the right kind of lines and this Wilton Candy Melt Drizzling Scoop does the job. I can attest she had fun with the swirling drizzles on her chocolates and others claimed they looked good too.

Brilliant!!! Wish I had of bought one of these years ago. Allows for a really easy controlled drizzle for a nice neat finish.

Absolutely fantastic. It is plastic so keeps chocolate tempered for ages and you can microwave it. If you dilly-dally for too long chocolate will go hard in it. It stays liquid long enough for us to “cap” over 200+ chocolate truffle spheres by dispensing a tiny blob of chocolate on the small opening of each sphere. It does that great. Much easier to control and faster than a paper cornet. Terrible for piping chocolate writing, great for blobing and pouring. We normally run out of chocolate before it goes hard. Wish it was a little bit bigger.
