This little kettle is so wonderful. It comes with tea basket and stew pot. Making soup or tea is much easier with it. It has two great recipe books, which give me tons of inspiration.
The only problem is I need to clean it immediately after use to avoid accumulated stains. I can’t immerse it into the water, and I have to add purified water all the time.

Purchased as a gift for my MIL and she loves it so much. She uses it daily and not just for tea. She follows YouTube videos on tips and recipes for this exact model.

Strongly Recommended! Love this machine! My absolute favorite appliance in the kitchen. It works so well, it is quite, easy to use, makes fantastic tea. I have especially felt this convenience when making tea. There are 9 in 1 functions kettle, it could make fruit tea, herbal soup, yogurt, ets.

This pot is durable and gracefully designed. I notice some photo posts saying that the glass is easily broken. But I suspects that he/she didn’t do the boiling point test which is suggested in p17 of user’s manual. The pot has a built in memory chip that remembers the boiling pot, which affects all the functions of the pot. I am in San Francisco, a non-zero elevation area. After doing the boiling point test, my pot has been working wonderfully.

It is so easy to make flower and fruit tea, different types of soup ! I love the milk function and make a silky egg soup so easily! top of all, the machine looks so pretty, especially when making colorful fruit and flower tea!

The product looks nice, but found below issues after using a couple times
1. There is no way to replace or repurchase the Glass Stew Pot which is easily broken
2. The Paste on the Bottom is hard to be cleaned

This pot is perfect for your daily use, and after using 8 months the old one is broken then I sent the request for repair. They just replace a new one after I sending few pictures and a video to prove the pot is really broken. Excellent and fast customer service! Excellent product!

I’ve been looking for a stew pot because I always want to make some herbal tea and soup for my whole family, but I don’t have enough time to stand-by in front of the stove.
Fortunately I met this kettle which is designed for Asian people in America, 1.5L is large enough for my whole family, with stew/ tea/ soup/ dessert, etc 9 functions working in 110V, time and temperature are all programmed, with the recipe book come with both Chinese and English language,
I just need to fulfill the stew pot with ingredients and pour water in the kettle, then choose mode, leave it there to do my housework and return back whenever I’m available, the soup is ready for me.
I purchased some ingredient packages on Buydeem official shop which is already packed with the certain herbal I don’t need to find them around the market and measure how much I should use.
And my husband can use this to make loose-leaf tea with the stainless steel infuser.
It’s safe and convenient.
A little tip: you need to clean the connector with a dry cloth or the kettle might don’t work if the connector is damp.

It’s not Worth for the price. I tried to make some congee. It so take time, after hours, it didn’t look like I expect. Now I just use it to make the tea only.
