Excellent value for money ,as the many reviews on Utube attest . I have it on my Ruger Ar- 22 , works really well .

Good affordable red dot. Very solid built. I got used to Holosun HS515 I got careless and touched the lenses by mistake. Good that it comes with a cleaning cloth. At first I thought it was for dovetail but it is weaver rail. I don’t understand how on earth can someone’s model has a battery cap flies off. May be it is not for something with big recoil but on a 22lr it is just awesome. I would get something tougher for mounting on big recoil guns. There is a after market kit to turn into DQ but honestly I would rather just screw it.

Great red dot sight. Patterned new shotgun with a variety of chokes/shot combinations (hard hitting turkey and waterfowl shot). Must have put 75-80 rounds and it held 0 without any problem. Great for Turkey hunting, as you can adjust the intensity of the lighting as more daylight comes around 🙂 Battery life does not seem to be an issue, as I haven’t had to change it yet, despite numerous hunting days. Also, it has been in heavy rain, and never had any issues. Would highly recommend.

    1. The dot isn’t centered in the inner tube! It’s offset towards the emitter. You must point the sight slightly up and left relative to the line of sight to get it to center. Just look at the image where the sight is in focus. (This is not a matter of adjustment since the entire inner tube is moved by the adjustment screw)
    2. There are some thin crescent/ring shaped reflections of the emitter and they are quite distracting. This is most visible when facing something dark or at higher (more than 5) brightness setting. At night it’s visible at the lowest brightness setting.
    3. Red glare in upper left which, depending on lighting conditions, can be so intense that it ruins the sight picture.

I just received the red dot today and have not used it yet. I wanted to say that it is smaller then I thought. Feels solid and has positive clicks from 0-11. The bikini covers do what they are suppose to do but would be nice if they had flip up covers. I can see it getting lost or broke while out hunting. The one I received has the white lettering and the laser is at 4 o’clock. The picture shows the gold lettering. The lot # on the box is 01-16 so I guess it is a 2016 manufacture. The big thing I noticed was that the dot was not round! I thought I had a defective product. It was more of a line, or some describe as a starburst. When I googled it this seems to happen with people who have Astigmatism in their eyes which I do. So I put my prescription sunglasses on and looked through the red dot and it was crisp and round. Sucks getting old!
Looking forward to getting it setup and sighted in.
UPDATE: Mounted it to a picatinny top rail on a new mossberg 20g Super Bantam for the kids. After several boxes of slugs and bird shot down range it has held solid. This is our first red dot. I have hunted for 25 + years mainly with cross hairs. With no magnification it takes some getting use to. I usually like to be dialled in pretty tight with my other scopes so I can pin point my shot placement. With this you can not. The dot stands out well in full light and shadows. We will see how this fall goes.

Good quality but the red dot is very sensitive to the illumination level so can fragment into a star shape. With the conversion I needed to fit the 12mm rail of my target pistol the eye line is high so it takes time when aiming to locate the dot and place it over the target. Add this to the fact its heavy and your arm gets fatigued vey quickly !

Specialist fixed rang glasses to enable the use of the normal ”V” sight, though notably more expensive, would be as effective if, like me, your eye sight is not as good as it once was !

Works great on my Ruger AR556 with the medium riser from UTG, co-witnessed with the factory iron sights. The 11 power settings allow for lots of flexibility in target acquisition in various scenarios. Auto shutoff would be the only improvement that would make this sight complete. 3 MOA RED dot size is a great choice for both close range and long-range shooting. Zeroed at 50 yards which brings the round back to zero at 200 yards, good for close-in and distant engagements. Unlimited eye relief and parallax-free design maintains accuracy and allows for both eyes open rapid engagement, perfect for competition use. I plan to pair this with a flip up magnifier to enhance long-range target acquisition. I liked this sight so much I bought another one for my Remington 870 shotgun for grouse hunting. Buy this sight, you won’t be disappointed!

cheap, durable, bright, easy to use and holds zero well. Easy mounting system too which only requires an Allen wrench that is included so this will ensure a tight fit. works well as a backup sight too for me with my nikon 4×12 bushmaster scope. It’s also a great “every gun” sight as long as a Picatinny rail is available. The dot moves too which will keep your point of aim true even though you’re not aligned properly with your sights which can prove very useful. The only bad thing I consider is that you need a screwdriver or a coin to change the position of the dot but still is amazing. Worth every penny if your not planning on spending the amount it takes to buy a gun to get an optic device

I have looked thru them before, and always figured it would be nice on my Beretta Carbine. Finally bought one as the price was good.

Well, it fits PERFECTLY. Co-witnesses with the flip-up sights, works perfectly, holds zero.

This is not a high powered long range bench rest rifle, its a pistol caliber carbine, but it works absolutely ideally for this application.

I’ve purchased several red dot sights below $100 and none have been able to withstand the recoil of my AK47. Once they reach the 500 round mark all have failed, even the ones that look cool and say made by veterans. None have survived! This is the ONLY sight under $100 that has survived and maintained its accuracy. I now use it on all my rifle platforms.
Let’s begin with the mirror finish on the lense that not only provide excellent light but reduce glare. The water proof gaskets inside every knob are made thick and very durable. The windage adjustments are tight enough so that you can use a dime and make your adjustments and never have to worry about the recoil to loosen them up.
It uses the CR2032 battery and I personally have had them go much longer than a year before having to replace them. Just don’t use cheap batteries, purchase a reputable brand and you will never find yourself in the woods with your red dot dead.
After testing this sight on my AK47 and shooting a few thousand rounds, I have never had to make any adjustments to them. They are made extremely well and durable. Not to mention they won’t fog up in adverse weather nor will they rust, the coating on these is very good.

It is the newer vesion with the white Bushnell lettering not the gold letters as depicted on the picture, box and even Bushnells website, i beleive the position of the emitter has changed on the new version and the original has better reveiws, that being said i mounted on an AR and ran it in a 3 gun matched and worked flawlessly and held zero for approx. 200 rounds so far. The dot on mine does NOT washout in the top 1/3 of the glass as i have seen on some YouTube vids.

This has to be the most common red dot sight in North America. I really can’t find anything bad to say about it. It’s fairly cheap, bland and basic but it holds zero and is easy to sight in. The glass is clear in both daylight and lowlight situations and can handle the recoil of my mossy 590. I tried a Vortex Venom which was quite nice but can’t justify the cost since the basic Bushnell did it just as good.

Excellent quality, typical of Bushnell. Fitted to my .45acp Norinco semi automatic pistol it seems resilient enough. The brightness of the red dot is superb. It doesn’t wash out in 35C heat and the BRIGHT sunlight here in Spain, even when pointed at a white wall. Eleven brightness positions manually adjustable for use on indoor ranges. Very happy with it.
